Great hotel with great potential. Stunning view over hole 18. It is a pity to experience the lack of service and how unengaged the personel was. Always so sad to see how great premises is not handled well from management. Otherwise good value for money. Good place to spend a golf weekend

Suite présidentielle : remarquable, vraiment tout le confort moderne. Vue magnifique sur la piscine et le golf. Vraiment cette suite (303) est à voir ! Un seul petit bémol, l'équipement électronique pas à la hauteur : les télévisions datent de plus de vingts ans et plus aux normes. Pour un hôtel 5 * , il devrait y avoir une réception des principales télévisions européennes (pas uniquement quelques chaînes espagnoles...). Le déjeuner était très bien digne d'un 5*. Le soir le restaurant est moins "classe" , peut-être dû à la saison. L'hôtel mériterait un restaurant gastronomique !

Four star hotel with a 1 star Manager !! Wow what a shock this was !! Being an owner of an apartment on the resort my belief of the whole place was A1, however my time this week involved staying at hotel for 4 nights before reverting back to my apartment was in absolute shock at the lack pf professionalism and understanding of customers by teh "manager" to which if im honest led to a confrontation however was villified by onlookers who in turn told the manager that his actions were disgraceful !! Needless to say that whilst the hotel was nice, overall staff was excellent the "Manager" needs to realise that he is in the "hospitality" industry and that his voice and shouting does not earn any resoect of customers... I would say that Ona Hotels need to read this and take note..I am more than happy to discuss tthis directly however feel justified to air my opinion as the manger is not open to "talking" with paying guests !

El hotel es muy bonito con vistas nada más entrar al campo de golf y el personal de recepción es excelente, si bien el mantenimiento en general es deficiente. Tuvimos problema en ducha que no tragaba bien, mantenimiento lo arregló, pero despues de dos duchas mas de nuevo estaba obstruida.. y eso es bastante desagradable. En general el baño está un poco anticuado..

Great location for the golf course which was great to play on. The room we stayed in was a little worn and could do with an upgrade especially the bathroom which had taps held together with tape, faulty lighting and faulty toilet flush. The breakfast was also not great as the hot food was always on the cold side. We did however have an ok break but the hotel itself in my opinion was not a 5 star experience more a 3 star one which was just ok for us.

Nos encanto el hotel, esta muy bonito. Viaje con mi mejor amiga y mi perrita. Fue genial, el ambiente me encanto, el recibimiento en recepción fue muy buenos y lo mismo en la hora del check out. La cama amplia y cómoda, solo la almohada para mi algo blanda. Pero descanse mucho. Restaurantes variados: Desayuno bufet en Terraza Azul, estuvo muy bien. También cenamos allí, y estuve bien. El ambiente del Clover Iris Pub, agradable y perfecto para un snack y música. Coctelería muy buena nos encanto. También probamos el spa y la piscina cubierta, excelente. El personal profesional y muy agradables. Precio justo. Volvería y lo recomendaría.
