Nice hotel and room very well situated in Qubec City

Beautiful hotel, staff was pleasant, convenient location! We enjoyed the stay very much and would certainly book again.

Hotel location was great - close to shopping and restaurants. Room was ok - very dark and poor lighting. Also as hotels.com gold members we did not expect to be placed in a second floor room that was directly behind the elevator wall. The sound going up and down the elevator shaft was annoying during the evening and mornings. Otherwise OK stay for 3 nites. Thx

Shower head broken and small desk lamp not working beds are confortable

Overall the stay was nice, however the pool had a whirlpool that is not operational. It would have been 5* if the hottub would have been working in the pool. The hotel was in wonderful proximity to local shopping and was easy to access the other main highways. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

À chaque fois, c'est le même problème - On doit mentionner à la réception qu'on a les privilèges VIP ($11). À l'enregistrement, la réception nous mentionne que c'était pas visible. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain et la préposée nous a mentionné que c'était bien inscrit au dossier??!! Très décevant de toujours devoir demander comme si on demandait une faveur.

Parfait en famille

La chambre n'est pas nettoyée chaque jour si on ne fait pas expressement la demande chaque matin auprès de la reception???pas de resto, pas de bar á l'hotel pourtant l'accueil de leur salon est vraiment confortable comme d'ailleurs les chambres et le lit.

On y va pour l'endroit facile de restauration-La Traite de Wendake entre autre et le confort de l'hôtel. Mais certaines chambres sont assez sombres. On s'y fait.

Lit et literie confortables, propre. Chambre sombre le soir avec peu d’éclairage malgré la grande fenêtre.

J’y retourne car c’est très bien placé, propre, insonorisé, grand, rénové et stationnement gratuit

Malheureusement la chambre sentait le renfermé, le tapis était tout taché, le petit frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit (j'ai dû le débrancher), le café dans la chambre n'était pas buvable. Je ne reviendrai pas.
