The air conditioning was turned off for the season, causing the room too be warm.

All very good pricing location quality of the room.

Gal at the front desk was marvellous. Super helpful and happy … fun little ramen/sushi bar in hotel. And late night hot tub.

Expected more from a property tha was more expensive than similar properties in the area. Room was a little dated and could not cool it under 22 degrees Celsius.

This is an excellent property. Well appointed and recently updated. Very clean. Very nice day. Only minor complaint was how dark the hallways were.

The room was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Location made it easy to find & it was close enough to walk to downtown Canmore.

Clean rooms, enthusiastic customer service, and most importantly, each terrace has a barbecue grill.

The pull out bed mattress was really stained, we were going to sleep on it as the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The air condition is only seasonal and our room was extremely hot. We had to leave the patio open and use a fan to cool it off. It was a nice hotel, spacious and clean. Unless they change the beds unfortunately I won’t be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Falcon Crest. Canmore is a beautiful town with so much to see. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with recommending spots to go check out. All interactions with staff were great. The room was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Falcon Crest employees for making our stay great!

Some ground-floor rooms are a bit below ground level, and the patio faces directly toward outside facilities. Because of that, it’s hard to keep the curtains open without losing privacy.

Room we had on the 3rd floor, could hear upstairs guests stomping around and the ceiling kept clicking/knocking/cracking from weight. Room was so hot even tho we turned down the thermostat. It was nice to have a balcony. Hot tubs were always busy, too busy, didnt use.

Everything was excellent except housekeeping rooms weren’t done, for 3 out of 4 days and when they got done were not done well

I usually travel within US and I was so surprised about the high standards of cleanliness and room amenities! I booked 1 bedroom room and I got a luxury condo according to US standards. Kitchen, balcony with giant BBQ. OMG what a deal.
