I really wanted to love this hotel, it has a lot of potential but the customer service is subpar.
The first night I stayed, my room was not made even though I left the sign on the door to please clean it up.
Also, my room didn't have conditioner and based on the lack of service I asked if maybe we could get complimentary breakfast for a day to make up for the inconveniences, but they said all they could offer was a "free drink". I told the guy I don't drink alcohol and he said "you could have a juice". Wow!
Really? You're giving me a free juice to make up for a dirty room?
That goes to show how much customers matter, considering breakfast costs 20 euros, so I guess I'm not even worth that much!
My friend checked in on the same day and her room had a musty smell so she had to ask for a change. We had also asked for adjoining rooms and they weren't able to provide that either.
All in all, I'm very disappointed on the service offered by this hotel.
