Very helpful front desk clerk with very good English language skills. Really appreciated our bags being brought up for us after a tiring day of travel.

There is nothing to dislike about staying here. Great facilities and a wide selection for breakfast at the Hotel. Staff very helpful with local information. Buses are nearby and will get you to the Station, Beach and other Historical Sites.

We arrived late and the front desk seemed annoyed. They barely looked up from their computer and didn’t seem to have an interest in answering our questions. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people left. There was hair in the shower and a thick layer of dust on lamps and fixtures.The mirror in the bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was basically a piece of cardboard. The front desk the next day was incredibly kind and helpful and even held our luggage for us while we went out for the morning. The location is very central and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, it was very dirty.

Location is in the centre of the restaurant district.

Localização excelente, fizemos tudo a pé! Restaurante e lojas na rua do hotel. Apesar de um pouco antigo, parece ter sido reformado. Café da manha excelente.

It was what we needed for a one-night stay. Biggest disappointment was the quality of the coffee served at breakfast. Not up to the Italian standard!

Muito boa a estadia, hotel confortável, com café da manhã excelente, e funcionários simpáticos e sempre prestativos. O hotel fica no coração do centro histórico, o que facilitou mesmo com chuva, a circulação pela cidade e pontos turísticos.

Hotel dalla posizione strategica, vicino alle principali attrazioni. Zona super servita da ristoranti e negozi. Accoglienza del personale eccellente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Ravenna

Situato al centro di Ravenna permette di raggiungere i luoghi di maggiore interesse. Nelle vicinanze tanti ristoranti, bar e negozi. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto perfetto

Location was great. Room was very small and challenging with lots of luggage. Bathroom was very small and a little awkward. Staff were very helpful and it was great being close to the mercato , shops and within reasonable walking distance to many mosaic locations.

Right In the middle of Ravenna’s old town. Very welcoming and nice older lady in the reception. The room is modern, and logically laid out. Very clean, good bed. And of course with wooden blinds AND blackout curtains you achieve complete darkness for sleeping. Some noise from the crowd outside, but closing the window helps.
