Incredibly convenient when flying in and out of Halifax airport

Stayed here last minute and it was… okay for what we needed. The hotel is very old. It was clean, but you can definitely tell it’s outdated. We were on the first floor near the pool, and the whole area had that basement type smell mixed with chlorine. Not the most pleasant. The bed situation wasn’t great either. The sheets were pretty worn out, and the fitted sheet didn’t even stay on the mattress. I actually woke up on a bare mattress at one point, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff were really friendly and parking was easy, which I appreciated. Overall, not cozy at all, but it worked for a one-night stay.

Total disappointment in this hotel stay. Tried to tell me I booked 2 rooms and charged me 103.99 for the night security deposit and while in the air flying to my destination they charged me 100.00 more for a stay supposedly today. Shuttle was down and thank goodness another person ordered a Uber and she took 3 of us in her ride. We tipped the driver exmtra as she already paid them. I will never be staying here again. Two visits in less than 2 months and both got worse.

The rooms were clean the staff was great and it is our go to Hotel when we're are waiting for flights as it is close to the airport. It is great value for the money.

I chose this hotel for the parking for the airport. Well the shuttle to get to the airport was great upon pickup 10 of us were standing at the pickup location and they sent a five-seater SUV as opposed to the shuttle bus that they typically have. The wait time was over 40 minutes and I was not very happy with the overall service or demeanor of this shuttle driver.

The room, staff, accommodations and breakfast were perfect. The shuttle service however was terrible. You need to provide additional shuttles as the wait times are not acceptable. Once we arrived from the airport the lineup for the shuttle of guests going to the airport was unbelievable. We had to request the guests to allow us to move in order to checkin (they were lined up to the end of the first floor.

Was a nice stay. Place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Shuttle service to the airport was not great for traveling with elder people with limited mobility. We were squeezed in like sardines and had to be very watchful when going in and out of van. The breakfast options were not great.
