Hotel has an amazing view of alabaster glacier. A bit run down and no ac was offered a pedestal fan and to open the window

This was a beautiful property at a good midway point of the Icefields Parkway. The lobby and patio view of the glacier is obviously the star of the hotel and it did not disappoint. We had a small issue with our room upon check in and Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve it making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We did the glacier tour the next morning after a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant. It was so quick and easy to have everything in one location. After the tour we picked up lunch in the cafe and hit the Parkway again do the second half. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope we have to the chance to stay here again one day.

Small boutique hotel. On third floor of Columbia Icefields Discovery Centre. No pool or fitness centre but right at the ice field and tours leave from same location Restaurants on second floor of facility. Expensive but you are paying for location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern

Beautiful hotel with magnificent views of the glaciers. Our room also had an upstairs loft so the children had their own private space.

Loved the convenience of being next to the glacier. View was beautiful and I loved the happy hour at 5pm. Staff were very helpful. The food at the restaurant was very average for the price.

This place is Wonderful. The person at the Réception speak French, which was wonderful for us She was very kind. Places very clean and specially when we receive, a welcome drink and some little thing to eat.

Fantastic place to stay. It's pricey but worth it for a splurge night. Would definitely stay again. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant was great as well. Highly recommend!
