The property was lovely, unique with wonderful hospitality.

Gorgeous and the food was amazing!!! Staff was so friendly. Comfortable beds and the room we stayed in was very big and roomy with two fireplaces. Perfect!

La propiedad muy bonita , un poco enredada para llegar a la habitación, pero el personal es muy amable, atento. Es un restaurante céntrico a 4 cuadras de la plaza de armas.

A really lovely hotel. We felt welcome, and valued from the moment we arrived. Good location for a short walk to all the main points in Cusco. Really nice people, who couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again if we should ever return to Cusco.

Casa Andina Premium is an excellent hotel with a great location, excellent rooms and staff and beautiful layout with some outstanding artworks.

Only good things to say about this hotel.

Our room is very clean and spacious but is hot and there’s no way to regulate temperature other than a small window we leave open. The staff has run out of extra fans. Not all rooms are hot. We are easy walking distance to shops, museums and excellent restaurants.

This hotel was fantastic. All around amazing.

This is the second part of a two part stay at this hotel. We had checked out two days previously, been the the sacred valley and Machu Picchu and returned to Casa Andina Premium for one night, we were in the same category room as we had left two days previously, but this time the room was very inferior! The room was a much smaller space, so much so we had to put our suitcase in the bathroom, there was no ceiling fan (which was needed that night) and there was a giant window in the bathroom (which was frosted) but no blind, so in order to sleep you had to have the bathroom window closed making the whole space feel even more cramped! For the same category room as we had left two days earlier, I felt this was a poor reflection on the hotel and had we been staying for multiple nights it would have been very uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had a great stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to all the main city centre sites. The room was comfortable with a heater and ceiling fan for the ever changing Cusco weather. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, and the food was very tasty and fresh, would recommend. Breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone.

No excelente Hotel , muy buena atención del persona

Un lugar muy lindo y encantador! Era una hacienda y está muy bien adaptada y conservada. Tiene un toque muy especial. Muy cerca de la plaza de armas. Juan Carlos súper amable al igual que la mayoría de su personal. La razón que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque el primer cuarto que me asignaron tenía mal la cama, se salía el agua del baño y el extractor del baño hacía muchísimo ruido. Nos quejamos en recepción al día siguiente y muy amables lo resolvieron cambiándonos de habitación. Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin duda.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building and great location. Room is sufficiently appointed and breakfast is great. Great staff as well.
