Staff and restaurant very good, especially smoked haddock for breakfast. Dinner menus but overpriced. My double standard room was far too small ( not for two people) lucky I was in my own. Furnishing very poor and cramped. Shower room even smaller and no shelf for soap / shampoo. Disappointed really.

The room was very clean, the breakfast that was included within the room price was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

The room we stayed in had been upgraded was very nice clean well thought out amenities from electric kettle to tea biscuits. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and well prepared. Good shower pressure & no mould in the shower tray. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Overall good value for money and I would stay again.

Friendly and homely hotel - ideal for visiting Banff and golf course. Ample parking. Rooms very well maintained. Room 6 is large and well equipped. Food is excellent with a good range of meals in the restaurant.

The service of the staff were excellent in service at the bar and service of my evening meal and breakfast. But unfortunately when I went into my room it was very cold and the heating in the room did not seam to work I needed to keep the bathroom door open to try and let the radiator in that room to try and help heat the bedroom. When I said about this I was told it was because I was a last minute booking so they never had the heating on in the room. The next issue I had was there was not hot water in the morning for the my sower. When I never got any good response about the heating in my room I thought there was no point in saying anything about this. Otherwise food was very good and a lovely building and atmosphere just could have been a little bit warmer on a winters night and morning for a shower.

Yes enjoyed our stay very much even though the weather was not too good , the hotel was warm and welcoming and staff were friendly and attentive also the food was excellent, room was clean and tidy also was good having a bath in bathroom ,we had been here before and more than likely will come back again. Nearly forgot we liked the location of the hotel . Thankyou . Elizabeth

Lovely little hotel, nice room and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately we arrived after dark so didn’t manage to enjoy the views until the morning, and then we had to leave, but the food was amazing, not cheap but thoroughly recommended. Would havecenjoyed staying longer. Thank you!
