Nice clean hotel, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

Awesome classical style hotel with beautiful pool and lake views and great inclusive breakfast buffet

Zimmer und Dusche sehr klein, mäßiger Komfort. Frühstück sehr übersichtlich und trotz Allergieanmeldung vorab, wurde kaum darauf eingegangen. Pool-Bereich sehr schön und sauber. Freundlichkeit vom Personal im Restaurant hält sich in Grenzen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist zwar nicht beste (Industriegebiet), aber mit dem Mietwagen trotzdem gut gelegen.

Comfortable hotel with nice pool. The experience wasn't 4 star. Grubby windows, untended front garden and chipped plates which ran out during breakfast were examples of details missed. We didn't eat in the restaurant as it seemed expensive for a charmless partioned space in the hotel lobby. Other choices locally we're OK but limited.

Hotel muy bonito, desayuno correcto pero con algunos fallos teniendo en cuenta que es un 4 estrellas y te cobran como tal. El agarre de la ducha estaba roto y no disponía de alcachofa de lluvia. La limpieza diaria no era muy exhaustiva (no nos repusieron tazas usadas) y solo se podía usar la piscina tras el checkout (10:30) bajo pago

Sejour agréable. Bon accueil Rien à redire côté restauration ( demi pension) , buffets avec beaucoup de choix... seul bémol l'accès à la fontaine à eau est payante... Vrai havre de verdure cet hotel permet d oublier l'environnement qui n'est pas très beau... Tres belle piscine et plage à 10mn

La présentation et les photos ne sont pas réalistes Hôtel au milieu de nul part Aucun service proposé Aucune activité Tout est clairement payant : les couverts à 2euro, l’accès à la piscine après le checkout à 20 euros sans accès aux douches. Accès à la piscine de 10h à 19h seulement. Le seul plus c’est la belle piscine propre et la proximité de Cagliari.

Boendet och hotellet helt ok men känslan av semester försvinner när man tittar utanför och det är tunga industrier, olje och kraftverk Havets bar och beach under all kritik dålig service och maten går knappt och äta , Gamla sängar osv

Very well presented garden area around the pool, misleading details about the beach access but once you get used to that and the walk across the main road it’s a decent place to stay for access to the area. Staff were very helpful and happy to engage. Breakfast buffet was decent too.

Lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with friendly staff. Showers arent great, not much pressure and really small. Breakfast was sufficient, we didnt eat dinner in hotel but theres a few restaurants around that are worth a visit, goblin pizzas just round the corner was our favourite and theres La miniera del Pesce only 2-3 minutes drive. The beach near the hotel is pebbles and the water is pretty rough, i probably wouldnt recommended this hotel if your looking to stay in the area for the duration of your holiday but as a base if your driving out daily then yes.

The pool was big and very clean . Unfortunately at 7pm was been closed. Being summer season and at 9pm becomes dark , I believe is they should keep the pool open until 8pm at least. Room was big and clean, just an advise to do a deep cleaning for who stays more then 3 days. Breakfast not so many choices. Most based on sweets then actual food. I fully understand is Italian standard to have a cappucino and croissant, but then dont put English breakfast on the website. Was strange to see that everything on the side asking you had to pay... such as fountain water, to use the iron . I work in hotels and this hotel has potential, just needs more good marketing, how you sell it

Jättefint poolområde, supertrevlig personal och bra städning! Lite dåligt med bussar in till Cagliari. I stort rekommenderar verkligen detta trevliga boende!

The hotel is very tired and old, and in dire need of refurbishment. The decor is 90s drab and the melamine beige is just a bit too depressing. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality for a 4*. For the price it is not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend.

Am Hotel und Personal ist nichts auszusetzen. Alles bestens. Wir haben " nur" übernachtet und gefrühstückt im Hotel, waren tagsüber immer unterwegs, deswegen haben wir nicht viel von Hotel gesehen und genutzt. Es war aber immer alles sauber, alle waren freundlich und professionell.

Ich war für zwei Nächte im Hotel Santa Gilla und zum Glück nicht länger. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, die Betten hatten keinen Bezug, die Kissen waren alt und dünn, und auf der Decke war ein großer Fleck, der wie Urin aussah, absolut ekelhaft! Das Frühstück war lieblos und eher mittelmäßig. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel alt und ungepflegt. Ich würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
