Quiet and clean. Accurate to listing. Shout out to breakfast staff for doing a great job!!

Advertised a pool. Found out later that pool has not worked for 4 years. Not sure why it was still in the photos! (Looks like they have taken that down now)

Nice affordable hotel. The only thing that was not great was the neighborhood which while easily accessible off the high way was run down and industrial.

Servicio al cliente deficiente. Pedí me apoyaran con la impresión del recibo y se negaron, sin ayudar a ver opciones. El teléfono del cuarto no servía y la puerta principal rechinaba demasiado.

I always love to stay at Holiday Inn whenever I’m on my trips.

It’s a great property, the rooms are clean and it’s quiet. And you also have a window that can open which I preferred air conditioning.

Hotel had bugs. Killed three spiders in a few hours. The room door slammed so hard that it shakes the wall. definitely a safety issue. It hit my son on the shoulders. The room only had three towels for a 4 person stay room booking. When asked for an additional towel the housekeeping definitely made sure we understood her attitude. Told my concerns to front desk and nothing was addressed or noted.
