This hotel tries to nickel and dime you on every move, while charging high rates and squeezing every penny out of you they can; height of corporate greed. On check-in they pressure you to agree to receiving some sort of IHG points for having room cleaning once every 3 days instead of every day. That's fine, I agree to that, there's no need for every day. But I stayed a whole week, and they did not even come once let alone to even take the trash out. The washrooms have watered down soap instead of any hand or face soap or proper soap bars, in attempt to save costs. The battery on TV remote is basically dead and you have to be 1 ft in front of TV for signal to work. There was no notepad, pen, napkins, room phone, or glass cup in the room. No microwave or freezer in the mini fridge. No ceiling light in room only lamps.
