Le ventilateur de la chambre de bain ne fonctionnait pas et svp mettre un pommeau de douche flexible et non fixé sur le mur. Le reste était très bien. Merci!

The heating system blew cool the whole evening. If we turned it up it was too hot. The elevator was also broken. The room seemed like it was waiting for a renovation.

I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus hotel in Edmundston Very clean and comfortable Recommend this place!

Dirty clothes were left in the drawers… beurk , and asked for a late check out and cleaning lady came in screaming without knocking during my meeting.

Spacious newly renovated room…. Super clean and a great variety for breakfast. Honestly, the only downfall is the hotel does not have a restaurant or a restaurant within walking distance. Other than that - it exceeded my expectations for a roadside hotel.

The staff were friendly, room spacious and clean, hot breakfast and convenient location!

Room was cold and heater was difficult to operate. Would blow cold air for 5min before warm air started.

Room was fine. Staff were not helpful when parking issues came up. Check in was the slowest I’ve experienced. Breakfast was fine. Pool was nice. I would try the hotel again but hope for a better staff experience.

When we arrived we were told that there were no baggage carts left since apparently leave them in their rooms. When I asked the front desk how was I supposed to carry my luggage up to the third floor all I got was a shrug. I then contacted customer support at Best Western the agent tried to phone the front desk but no one was answering. The agent then told me to ask the front desk for help. My husband and I then carried the luggage up to the third floor using multiple trips. I give them a zero star for service. The overbite stay was OK but there was noise in the hallways past 1030pm and the heater in the room was loud enough to keep you awake. The breakfast was really good with a good selection. support

Extremely clean and comfortable room, wonderful modern and stylish design and atmosphere. Loved the style and “vibe” of this hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

We had no hot water, and worse the staff were indignant that I complained. The pancake/waffle machine was broken and so was the kids slide in the pool. I think this was a poor choice of hotel unfortunately. The lack of hot water apparently was a maintenance issue that was to be fixed. However that's a fairly important missing feature for a room, and for the staff to be less than helpful about it, was insult to injury.

Our second time staying. Modern rooms, excellent amenities.
