Fantastic stay, exceeded our expectations, we will return, great value.

I have stayed here twice now, this time with my mother. She was amazed by the room, the level of service, and the cleanliness of all of the areas of the hotel. The evening entertainment was brilliant. Already looking at booking again for later in the year.

Nicely located to the beach front but large open pool outside and also rooftop pool, dinning is very good with number of options. More bars and restaraunts just across the road, as is also bus stop

I have stayed here on many previous occasions & this hotel is very good. I however on this visit was not overly impressed with the service due to the performance of organising a later check out & also being locked out of my room due to this.

Établissement bien situé mais dommage que la salle de bain n ait pas été à la hauteur de la chambre. Forte odeur d humidité également. Peu de civisme de certains clients, qui nous partagent leur sens de la fête la nuit. Check out a 11h max, on nous rappelle à 10h qu il faut partir … Attention le déjeuner après le Check out n est pas compris dans la formule all inclusive. On voulait nous interdir de quitter l établissement alors que notre taxi était prévu après le déjeuner.

The location was convenient to bus stations!!

The hotel is huge, despite it looking older than its rivals, the internal decoration was good and was very clean. The rooms were large and we had a seaview. I can find little fault with our stay here. We visited in February and despite some building work going on (which was well advertised) there is plenty to see and do. The evening entertainment was very good. The food choices were fantastic (something for everyone) with of course unlimited drinks in the food restaurants and bars if you are doing AI. The roof top pool has spectacular views and is definitely worth a visit, even if you don't want to dip your toes in the cooler water found in Feb. The indoor pool in the sub-basement is really catered for the spa customers even though it is open to everyone. Based on the 'open to everyone' the changing areas need to be much larger in regards to actual undressing etc and the Sauna and Steam room do need to be larger, but i can appreciate that in peak season these areas would be rarely used. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and what i would say, is those people that moan about this and that, are talking rubbish. Where else can you get a room, all inclusive food and drink for approx £60 a night !! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff work extremely hard to try and make everyones visit the best that they can.

Staff were very friendly and buffet was very good and worth for the money. We received a room upgrade with the sea view. Enjoyed the hot indoor pool and sauna which includes in the room rate.

Enjoyed my stay. The evening socials was quite relaxing. Reception staff staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.

Great holiday - wouldve been even better if airline hadnt mislaid both suitcases.

Trevligt hotell med stora och bra rum, bekväma sängar. Mycket bra frukost, men stor matsal gjorde att det blev väldigt stimmigt. Mycket folk och vissa tider kö till matsalen och svårt att få sittplats. Hotellet är stor och har trevligt poolområde och inomhuspool för vintern. Lite rörigt att hitta hissar som gick dit man skulle men väntetiden för att få tillgång till hiss var helt ok trots att det var mycket folk på hotellet. På det stora hela är jag nöjd med vistelsen.

Decent restaurant with prompt & friendly service. Attentive staff & excellent value.

Simply one of the best hotels ever stayed. Rooms (at least the high-floor ones) are spacious and newly renovated. We have been assigned of a wide sea view room at 9th floor. Services are great and vary: several restaurants and bars, internal and external pools, live entertainment, animation team, super-equipped gym, SPA, etc. Top cleanliness everywhere. Abundance of free parking nearby (in Dec/Jan). We could upgrade our B&B formula to breakfast dinner one at a cost of 48€/night/two people, that's super convenient considering the buffet all you can drink formula, and the good-quality food. High value for price, so highly recommended!
