Stay was ok just need a good carpet cleaning and it would be perfect

Great stay. Bar was great.

I didn't like the fact that I asked for a late check out and was given one but at 930 am the cleaning person was knocking on the door then as soon as i was able to fall back to sleep at about 1030 they are knocking again. 1st of all normal check out time is not until 11 therefore they shouldn't be disturbing me before that time 2nd if I was given a late check out that should have been communicated with the cleaning staff so they are not going around disrupting the customers sleep. Also I had left my key in the room when i had left earlier so I get to the hotel door and pick up the phone to get let in and no one was at the front desk and no one answered the phone. I stood out there at the door calling from the phone that is provided for you to call to get in after 15 minutes still no answer then by the time i had been waiting 20 minutes someone just happened to be leaving out so i was able to get in the door then i looked around so i could get a key to my room finally i look in the kitchen and this guy was there with a lady and he came to the front counter and made me a key. Even though it was my fault thay i left me key i should of never had to wait outside 20 minutes when there is supposed to be staffing there.

Marriott awesomeness

The two only opportunities that I can write are, breakfast does not offer bacon and housekeeping does not clean the rooms every day. Everything else was excellent. The location good, haves a lot of restaurant option near, Walmart was in a walking distance and is at 10 minutes from Great Lakes, Naval Base.

We were in the area for our sons graduation from Navy bootcamp at Great Lakes. We stayed from Tuesday to Sunday and didn't have one complaint. Good coffee and breakfast in the morning, clean rooms that smelled nice, very friendly and accommodating staff, and the area was very safe. There were several stores and restaurants walking distance. Overall our stay was exactly what we needed it to be.
