We went to a wedding in a garden nearby, and the experience was excellent. It is conveniently located downtown, a beautiful oasis where you do not need to go out for anything, except enjoying and relaxing in the same hotel. Great breakfast buffet and a very friendly staff

El hotel súper limpio y la atención del personal muy amable, sin duda una buena opción para cuando regrese a Cuernavaca. Y el desayuno bastante completo

no es agradable que mencionen que si dejaras o no la propina... aparte de que tardan mucho en servirla.

The Gardens here are very well kept and taken care of, I didn’t get a chance to use the pools, they all looked great! I enjoyed the koi ponds in the morning before breakfast which was good! Can’t wait to come back!

Un poco de mala gana de repente el personal en area de recepción y estacionamiento en general muy bien muy amables! Son pocos los que tienen su actitud negativa. Recuerden es servicio al cliente y las personas pagan no se les hace un favor. Repito el personal muy amable en general excepto por ahi alguien que no entiende en concepto de trabajar en servicio al cliente

Cuidan mucho la limpieza y el mantenimiento en general del hotel. Muy buen servicio desde recepción, botones, restaurante, etc. Mantenimiento de los jardines muy bien.
