Great stay!

Stay was great, a few small items would have made it even better: coffee stirrers, tea, throw blanket and pillows for the couch.

Our experience was quite frustrating! Throughout a 4 floor building there are only 5 lockers for all people (of which only 2 have space for large luggage). They are taken on a first in basis so when we arrived at 11 there were none left! So we had to run around town with large suitcases looking for a space to store these until check in time, pay extra, and then go back to collect our bags losing our time and money. In order to check in earlier you need to pay extra and the earliest was at 1! Staff there told us that someone from sonder would come to talk to us. It took them nearly an hour to send someone just to tell us that they cannot help and provide some paid alternatives around town. We were even more annoyed that the first staff member could not tell us this without us having to wait for an hour there without reason! There is a coffee machine there for guests. When a lady asked how to use the machine she was told to use the water from the toilet? There is also a lot of noise coming from outside. Book a hotel, its the same price and at least they are accommodating!

They are only a robot, no flexability

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom, high ceilings, exposed brick, super comfy bed. Unfortunately, I set the thermostat at 65 for sleeping but the room never cooled down from 74, and the windows cannot be opened, so I only got 3 hours of sleep

You need to be very tech savvy just to get into this place, no front desk, requires an app

Decent place to stay. You absolutely will need to use ear plugs or similar if you want to sleep at night.

Good location, good price! No staff per say you mostly do everything yourself.

Nice place! Not having to interact with a lot of people which was nice. Wish there was a vending machine with toothpaste and stuff, but I got around to it with CVS. The area is lively and full of bars, but Philly is slightly scary at night lol, in that area specifically. The hotel was clean and nice, not many complaints in that part. I actually enjoyed it. The windows are frosted and looked onto another apartment building so it lacked some sunlight, but the area is so walkable that you can just go out for a walk. And I really appreciated having the iron and ironing board specially for my trip. Great stay! Would do it again.

Super cute and homey! Liked how we could use the lockers before/after checkout.

Spacious rooms but the bathroom fan was very noisy, lights were not working, and the Roku wasn't friendly. For the price, worth it.

The building had tons of character, was very clean, bed was comfortable. You are in the city and it’s an older historic building so you will hear the city. You will not interact with a human for check in, check out or at all for the stay (no staff). It’s in a great location and I enjoyed my stay.

Vi havde problemer med bruseren det første sted, men de var hurtige til at opgradere os til andet værelse, så alt i alt tilfreds med Sonder. Dejlig central lokation til alt i Philadelphia.

It was a nice place with a nice location and good price

Site overbooked, gave me the wrong date. Was not given a refund even though i purchased trip protection. Will not book this hotel ever again.

The only problem was no actual face to face check in process had to call to check in otherwise a goodstay
