Dit hotel verdient absoluut geen 5 sterren. Alles is zwaar verouderd en dringend toe aan renovatie. Houtlarven in de douche, roest in de badkamer, een verstopte wastafel en een kapotte airco. Twee nachten verschrikkelijk geslapen. Ondanks melding bij de receptie is er niets opgelost. Kamers werden niet schoongemaakt. Veel te hoge prijs voor deze erbarmelijke kwaliteit. Absoluut geen aanrader!

Nous ne sommes pas compliqués mais ce n'était franchement pas incroyable. Mouchoir pendant deux jours dans la pataugeoire. Nous attendons toujours notre commande au bar de la piscine!! Piscine froide au mois de juillet!

Très grande (IMMENSE) structure, face à la plage, à 1km de la médina, c'était PARFAIT beaucoup de positif mais l'impression que cet hôtel est sur-capacitaire, peut-être à cause de la période où nous avons été (fin aout): parfois on était seuls à la piscine immense et ça faisait vraiment vide et manquait de vie.. à améliorer : un peu plus d'animation surtout autour de la piscine pour les enfants (la mienne s'est ennuyée clairement) salle de sport trop vielle voire "dépassée" et incomplète pour (j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour cette sport d'ailleurs, du coup j'ai été très déçu) frigo dans la chambre trop vieux (ou ne marche pas bien, ce qui est dommage !) sinon, tout le reste est ok.

Bon hôtel, très belle piscine mais chambre avec un petit manque d’âme. Très froide.

Waterfront hotel with sea view, including from breakfast patio. Private section on the beach has towels, chairs. Nice pool but very windy. Very confusing layout of room numbers. Got lost twice because odd numbered and even numbered rooms are in different wings, but directions on signs are ranges. Spa drove me crazy - said would accept dollars and then refused a $20 bill because it was "too old."

Beautiful resort located facing the beach. Massive property with many amenities.

The rooms are very outdated. The AC was not working, we asked them to come to fix it and nothing was done. The breakfast is very basic. The gym is one of the worst gym I’ve seen in a hotel. And the service is pretty bad. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Hôtel qui a besoin d’entretien pour un 5 étoiles. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Personne à l’enregistrement et à la clientèle au top.

Établissement qui a besoin d’être entretenu. Chambres sur l’avenue bruyante par le passage voiture. Passage de chambre supérieure mer à jardin, les secondes sont moins bien entretenues… aussi il manque bouilloire et infusion dommage… dans l’ensemble la gentillesse, le sourire du personnel est très positif au séjour. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Le poste Quality qui s’occupe de la clientèle avec Oumaima est très bien représenté ! Personne très agréable et très réactive ! Également Khitam à la réception est très pro ! Réactive ! Elles sont à l’écoute et répondent à vos demandes. Dans l’ensemble un bon séjour.

Já fico neste hotel há mais de 20 anos. Parece que está parado no tempo e não houve melhorias. As áreas comuns estão em bom estado mas quando se chega ao quarto, já não é bem assim. Tinha coisas sujas, toalhas velhas e desfiadas. A insonorização era péssima e estive a ouvir barulho da rua toda a noite e até estava no segundo piso. A camas e as almofadas eram confortáveis. No pequeno almoço faltava leite e tive de pedir 2 vezes. Num hotel de 5 estrelas há coisas que não podem acontecer.

No air conditioning throughout the hotel nor did the fans in the rooms work. Was not informed of this at check in and was told ‘that is how things work in Morocco during the winter’ on March 31. Had to book another hotel due to medical condition and walk a mile down the street for acceptable accommodations.

The property was amazing for holidays, available with a sea view room unique. The personal was very kind and always at disposal for clients request. The breakfast was well prepared and diversified. Special mention for the doorway entrance Mr DIOUF, always welcoming and smiling. Thank you for everything, we endorse this hotel.

I think its important to note that this hotel has a five star rating. When you have this rating i think its fair to be critical of things that i would otherwise not comment on. Cons: the pool needed a clean (there was green slime on some of the walls. Some of the matress beds by the pool were covered in bird poo for days on end. Somebody left a plate and coffee mug at the pool bar and it stayed there for days showing nobody was walking round and checking at the pool. A few of the complimentary soaps and shampoos in the shower were empty when we got there, when i asked at reception for them to be refilled they filled it with a very small amount, im guessing they are afraid of guests in a 5* hotel stealing moisturiser which is fine but it leaves a bit.of.a sour taste in my mouth to be treated like a criminal. The tv in the room didnt work as it hadnt been tuned. Pro: pool was nice tempature and gets the sun pretty much all day. the staff were great and attentive and helpful and spoke many languages (in particular a porter from senegal whos name i didnt catch was amazing). It has a bar with football on and they have music there too. The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel lobby is very splendid and the reception services very helpful. The grounds are lovely and the ambiance quiet and exclusive. The breakfast was cold - we arrived at 10 am and all the tureens were nearly empty and their contents cold. The staff started packing away at 10.20 and loudly talking to each other. Not what should happen in an expensive hotel. We had a sea view room which was a mistake since rather traffic noise was horrendous and since the air con was not operative in early March it was either a noisy night or a hot night.

Hyvässä kunnossa oleva rantahotelli, huone ja yleisalueet siistejä. Kannattaa ehdottomasti ottaa huone merinäköalalla! Monipuolinen buffet-aamiainen. Spa-osaston hoidot melko kalliita. Hotellissa on todella iso uima-allas, mutta se jäi testaamatta, koska vesi oli todella viileää.

Pas a l hauteur du prix payé. Pas de boisson dans la chambre. Mini bar vide. Pas de bouilloire, pas de café ni tisane. Douche/begnoire mediocre. Tv non connecté. Ascenseur trop loin de la chambre.

Nice Hotel. Good room with excellent sea view. The shower was broken when we arrived, and the reception organised this to be fixed the same day. However it continued to leak and cause issues with the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was already bowed as it had been exposed to the water from previous leaks, which we realised when we arrived. Semi responsive staff. When we arrived there was not much customer care and we were left to our own devices to find the amenities. The reception staff just told us what time breakfast was and our room number, and we were left to find this. Room cleaning would not happen in a timely manner and we would leave and come back in the afternoon after our daily excursions, only to find our room was not clean despite the sign asking for this to be done, being clearly displayed on the door handle as is expected. I opted for a massage on our last day, which was nice (first half), someone walked in during the second half when I was semi naked laying on my back. My eyes were semi covered, so i did not see if it was staff or a customer, but assume it was the latter as the masseur Hadijah, ushered them out in silence. The person sounded like a child and when finished, I noted there were two male children walking the spa halls looking for Hadijah to ask her something. I did not mention this to staff, as I could not confirm, but wanted to note in the review as privacy policies and adherance to dignity practices should be paramount for this service.
