Very small and ac on worked with keys so you come back to an hot room and there was mold in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay again

The hotel was in a great location and was in good condition. To use the air conditioner you had to leave the room key in a slot in the room to keep it running. Breakfast was good it was more than a continental breakfast. The Rialto bridge was where we used public transportation, it was less than a 10 minute walk away.

If you want a clean place to relax and sleep, this hotel is fine. Breakfast was good, and the staff nice. The air conditioner isn't very strong, so it was a struggle to get under 80. When it was new, I'm sure the rooms were beautiful, but they now show the wear of the years. If you want to use the safe, you have to gove a 20 euro deposit for the key. Location is excellent! If you take the water bus, use the Rialto stop. It's just a 6 minute walk.

Nice location. Close to the square, yet off the main traffic lines, keeping the crowds and noise down. AC worked well, much needed during the heatwave. Great staff at the desk, helping arranged a water Taxi ride to the airport, just a few steps from the front door. Only ding would be the size of the room. We got the basic double, and it was small. I’d recommend stepping up to the next level if you’d like a place to put your suitcase or a chair to sit in.

The new section of the hotel has wonderful rooms. Removed from the rest of the hotel and very quiet. Aircon worked well in the summer heat. The breakfast area is small and can be cramped at busy times. Limited choice for vegetarian and nut-allergy sufferers.

The room was absolutely beautiful and we got super lucky being upgraded to a suite!

The air conditioner blew hard all night. If I turned it off, the room became stuffy. Two of the desk clerks were abrupt, and one gentleman was very personable and welcoming.

Einfache und saubere Unterkunft im Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück für wenig Geld. Familiär.

Breakfast was a good selection of cereals, pastries, toast, meat, cheese, eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes. Teas, coffees, juices, hot chocolate & water station to fill your water bottle. Beds very comfortable, room quiet, bathroom was very modern and great shower with hair & body wash. 2 local restaurants steps away for lovely dinners. We really liked the one attached to the hotel. Great location for easy walk to the Rialto Bridge & St Marks square areas. Would stay here again.

Wir konnten das Zimmer bereits um 9:30Uhr statt 13:00Uhr übernehmen, damit hat unser Aufenthalt schon toll gestartet. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal und ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes aber charmantes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich! Das Frühstück hat etwas unkoordiniert gewirkt - Kleinigkeiten: z.B. waren zeitweise keine Gläser vorhanden - auf Nachfrage wurden aber sofort welche geliefert, also alles in Allem auch in Ordnung! Für mich eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen wieder!

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, à deux pas de la place Saint Marc, du centre de Venise et d'une petite surface (coop) quand on a besoin de quelque chose. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. La chambre est superbe et spacieuse. Pour rejoindre l'aéroport en navette, l'hôtel est à deux pas de l'arrêt Rialto. On aimerait peut-être plus de choix pour le petit-déjeuner.

We stayed in February 2026. The website clearly says rooms have conditioning. While that may be true, the deactivate the air conditioners in the winter months and there is no way to cool your room down other than opening the window. The problem with this is that our room faced into a ground-level courtyard where other guests could easily access and climb in which felt unsafe. When it rained, the water collected and dripped off a metal roof which made really loud sounds. So the only choice for our stay was to be too hot but quiet at night, or cooled down but sleeping unsafe with the window open where anybody could come in at night. Moreover, the fridge was a hassle because it was connected to the lightswitch..so everytime you left the room the fridge would go off. Pillows were so flat and hard...worst pillows I have seen in my entire life. Would not stay here again unfortunately.
