Amazing location!! Bed was very cozy, bathroom was a bit out dated but overall lovely hotel. Pretty loud in the mornings with people on the street, but worth it for the central location.

The hotel is staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet so you can have a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and coffee was made fresh for each guest. The location is perfect - just steps from St. Mark's Square. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room and bathroom were clean. Air condition was working great. Location is great. Close to water transportation and St. Mark square. Staff is friendly.

Sentralt, rent rom, god frokost

O café não era de maquina, então quando chegava já não estava tão quente. O ar condicionado não funcionava, então passamos bastante calor a noite, chegando, inclusive, a acordar a noite completamente suadas, mas a localização é o ponto alto deste hotel. A localizaçào é perfeita, muito próxima a praça San Marco e das paradas de barco tanto para os locais de interesse em Veneza, quanto para outras ilhas como Murano e Burano.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However, the shower was the smallest I have seen and after only one attempt to use it, I gave up and cleaned myself in another way.

The location is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as it is very close to San Marco and easily accessible by water taxi(approx € 70-80). The downside is that it is a busy area so mornings can be noisy. Breakfast was delightful and the staff are very kind and helpful. It also boasts an elevator, which is not common in small hotels in Venice.
