Good place

Clean room, good staff

I can see why it's called Trails End... it looks like it's on its last leg! Old, run down and in MAJOR need of total upgrade and/or renovation.

Hallways did not smell very fresh the first day, but they cleaned carpets next day and it was markedly improved. Bed was very, very comfortable.

Avoid at all costs. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, uncomfortable, seedy.

Only issue we had was not enough hot water for 2 showers. Would definitely recommend!

It just needs a bit of sprucing up. The manager was super!

Booked a king room, arrived and no room available but got a room with a full size bed, we made it work.

It's an old motel, but it's pretty clean.

The picture# on Expedia showed a very nice room. The room we got was filthy. A used washcloth hung on the shower rod. No heat in the room. The carpet was filthy and stained. False advertising on Expedia.

I ended up driving home in the middle of the night because the room was so nasty. Hair in the drain, stains on the carpet, the bedding smelled of urine, and I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep and cut my trip short...

It was so bad we turned around and left.

As a single woman I was placed in the back area of the property with no security. The doors did not lock properly and when this was brought to the attention of the staff I was treated like I was bothering the staff. There was no breakfast. The room smelled like cigar smoke. There were no hangers in the room. The TV did not work.

Arrived at 9pm and there was no one at the desk. Doors locked to the main lobby and no one answered the phone.

The scariest place I have ever stayed! Especially in a small town in wyoming. Ended up not staying went and stayed with family. Sketchy sketchy sketchy

Says has restaurant & bar, but both closed. No ice at all.
