It was just fine for a 1 night stay. Room smelled super musty though (almost like how dirt smells). Ultimately it worked just fine for us

hotel is being renovated, our room had already been done and was very nice. There was still a few areas still being worked on, but will be very nice once finished

They woke us up at 0800 working on the property. The sheets were dirty and we had to get them changed.

Unpleasant smell at 3rd floor after coming out of elevator. Other than that everything was okay.

Nice place. Pool was “closed” for maintenance every evening and open during the day when everybody is out doing something but other than that it’s a pretty good place to stay. I’ll be staying again the next time I’m in Louisville.

Room smelled like raw sewage coming from the bathroom, went to the front desk and was told they had no more rooms to move us. Later that night at about 11 pm, while laying in bed my daughter jumped up and pointed at a bed bug. I grabbed a tissue and brought it down to the front desk. They all the sudden had a room. Checked out the next morning and was met with resistance to refund the 3rd night stay I would NOT be using. While fighting with the desk clerk another guest had also come down to complain about the state of his room. Would NEVER stay here again.

There was a bad storm the night before that had caused an electrical outage. When we arrived at 5 they were working very hard to make sure that every room was ready to go. The hotel was very clean and property was well maintained. Slightly dated, but it is currently under remodel and looks very nice.

The website didnt say that i had to pay an additional 100 for a damage deposit, i was scared to use anything in fear i wouldn't get the 100 dollars back. The power went out and it was so hot in my hotel i asked about a refund because we couldn't see was hot and they said their was nothing they could do.

The gentleman at check-in was very kind. For my wait, he upgraded me to a bigger suite. The pool was a hit with my son. Overall it was a great experience. I would come back!

This place was great for my needs. Just stayed one night. It was convenient, clean, and had good coffee in the morning. Nice staff.

Overall great experience. My only complaint is that due to the current remodel our room had a strong Oder of ammonia. The beds are super comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great also.
