Staff was great. Room and atmosphere was also very nice. Bathroom was not fully clean. Was really looking forward to a relaxing bath but there was hair in both the tub and shower. Toilet was also not entirely clean. Otherwise it was great.

Property is very clean but they should give more than 2 towels when there are 2 guests in a room. Should not have to ask. No extra blanket. No plastic bag for dirty laundrey Breakfast on roof but food comes from5 floors below. Not hot. New chef made order wrong

There were no housekeeping checks or service during our stay. The bathroom only had two each of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Trash was not emptied. The room seemed clean and the air conditioner was super cold! The food in the restaurant and bar was good, staff was very friendly. We had no idea it was a dog friendly hotel and there was a barking dog in the room next to us. We probably wouldn’t have booked if we had known that before.

Lobby very clean, room very nice. Rooftop bar closes at 9pm on Wed night but we were ready to close. Sorry I missed the line dancing which was earlier in evening. Good time just couldn’t fit anymore fun in.

Lovely front desk staff who were always polite, welcoming and knowledgeable about the local facilities. Similarly the cleaning crew were always friendly and pleasant. The restaurant and sky bar staff were less so as they were busy chatting to each other as opposed to paying attention to the patrons. I had to tell a bar server what my order was three times because she wasn’t listening but chatting with a colleague. Similarly there was one restaurant worker who was really curt for no other reason other than she just was. The room was clean, had sufficient towels, a hairdryer and it was really handy having a small fridge and microwave for my stay. As well as a door lock, there’s an additional door stop in the event of someone attempting to open the door with an electronic key, they still wouldn’t physically be able to open the door - an excellent safety feature in my opinion. The hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants and bars which suited my needs and the area felt safe to me as a lone, female traveller though it’s still important to be cautious. Overall, other than a few minor issues such as the gym being closed for a refurb and one or two staff in need of customer care training, the hotel was ok and the nice staff more than compensated for any shortcomings.

Perfectly located to dining and entertainment areas, shopping! Hotel was very nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly and polite, Jordan was a joy at front desk, Kevin was great at the Rooftop bar. We will definitely stay again when we return to the city! Thank you

My overall experience is good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were soft. Clean room but the sheet had a hole. I was also expecting a separate tub, but our room did not have one. It's downtown and in walking distance to several restaurants, including having two onsite.

Staff is awesome room is nice although should have Matts in marble shower is a damn hazard there. Also the place had a lot of construction outside direct in front and parking was not so easy

Location was nice

Nos gustaron las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y modernas. Llegando quedamos muy molestos y pensamos en cambiar de hotel el chico de ponytail del front desk muy desagradable y bastante despectivo. Increíble que sea una persona tan agria quien dé la bienvenida a los huéspedes se supone que es la primera impresión de customer service. Al día siguiente nunca nos arreglaron la habitación y los tomacorrientes de la mesa de noche nunca funcionaron y el sistema de luces bastante complicado y las luces debajo de la cama están demás.
