Nos tocó una época de temporada súper baja eso nos permito disfrutar mucho el hotel , recomendamos viajar en estas fechas . Falta arreglar muchas cosas como el gym

No hay mucha variedad de comida, todo lo demás excelente

Lo que más nos agradó fue el de todo el personal. En especial Berta la gerente alimentos, Brenda, Paulina y Raúl en restaurantes, Erick alberca y playa, Elizabeth quien nos recibió. Y al Chef ejecutivo Rubén Chaparro quien nos preparó una cena espectacular. Gracias por todo. Hacen que la experiencia sea única.

El gran valor de esta experiencia fue definitivamente el personal, excelente atención y servicio, la habitación bastante amplia, la comida muy buena sobre todo los 🌮🌮🌮, si me preguntan volverías sería un si rotundo, gracias Leo, Eric, y en la alberca a Magdalena...

Un hotel muy viejo, con mal olor el cuarto, la comida en general mala, hotel sin playa

DO NOT STAY HERE. I repeat DO NOT STAY here. The property is not what it claims to be. We booked when it was a previous hotel name and were never made aware of the change. The description of the hotel is deceiving. The hotel claims to have 7 restaurants and a store. At one point there was not one place to eat because all the restaurants were closed. There was no way to order food near the pool. We were scammed into upgrading our room which was on a special floor that had food laying out that animals were eating and it ended up being a standard room. There was a big storm and the roof started leaking. We had no towels in our room. We ended up leaving the resort after one night because there was nothing to do and nowhere to eat. When we asked for a refund for the nights we were no longer staying at the resort, they refused to refund us. We had no issue paying for the night we were there but refusing to refund for the nights we weren’t even staying was unacceptable and unprofessional. Please save your money and got to the Hyatt Ziva!

Chose to pay extra for upgraded room with veiw and A/C did not work. Food was subpar did not taste like the dishes they where offering i.e. sushi, argentian steak, mediterranian. Overall disappointed we paid almost 400 a night for all inclusive experience. We ended up leaving a day early and booking into a different hotel to salvage vacation.

Servicio del SPA excelente la atención por parte del Sr. Gabriel y la ballet Lis muy cordial

La atención del personal en cualquier zona del hotel es muy buena, son muy atentos, están pendientes de lo que puedes necesitar . Las instalaciones son buenas, quizá un poquito de mantenimiento a las habitaciones les vendría muy bien pero nada que afecte la estadía, está situado en una zona donde la playa está muy linda y segura para toda la familia. Si volvería.

Baja variedad de alimentos en los restaurantes, el staff de valet de las noches (viernes-sabado) con mala actitud se servicio. El staff de mostrador super bien; en las albercas era mejor ir directamente a la barra que esperar al servicio.

Excelente servicio del staff

Es un todo incluido promedio, la comida está decente y las bebidas igual. No esperes mucha variedad para el precio. Las habitaciones se ven remodeladas, sin embargo tienen detalles como el aire acondicionado (viejo y ruidoso) y el área de baño.
