Immer sauberes Zimmer, Pool nicht beheizt daher nicht nutzbar im November. Alte Geräte im Gym und keine Gymnastik matten

Camera pulita e personale gentile. La colazione è scadente. Capisco che siano andati in un periodo di fuori stagione ma la scelta era troppo limita e i prodotti non di buona qualità. Meglio non offrire il servizio!

Ruhige Lage, schöne Landschaft. Tiefgarage zum Parken vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Allerdings Standard. Fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer vom fast höchsten Punkt der Anlage. Schade war dass der Aqua Park Saison bedingt bereits nach zwei Tagen geschlossen wurde, aber der Pool war für unsere Tochter auch wunderbar. Das Restaurant im Innenraum ist etwas ungemütlich, aber die Auswahl sehr gut und köstlich. Wir hatten Halbpension-völlig ausreichend. Herausragend ist die Atmosphäre dort und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl und zu Hause alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und selbst mit Kleinkind kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen ein paar Renovierungen hier und da wären sicherlich ganz hilfreich, aber das passiert im umfangreichen Ausmaß. Wir freuen uns bald wieder dorthin reisen zu können.

Tolles Hotel für Familie mit Kindern. Große Pool-Landschaft, Rutschen, viele Kinder, etc. Geräumiges, angenehmes Zimmer mit Küchenblock und Wohnzimmer. Für Pärchen wie uns nicht unbedingt das idealste Hotel, aber auch kein Problem. Prinzipiell würde ich das Hotel aber vorrangig Familien empfehlen.

Eerst 2 nachten in de verkeerde kamer moeten blijven omdat het hotel vol was… terwijl wij ruim 1 maand van tevoren hadden geboekt! Uiteindelijk de juiste kamer gekregen maar wij zijn alsnog eerder vertrokken omdat qua eten niet echt goed was (te weinig variatie/ teveel op engelse gasten gericht ipv de andere) All inclusief is NIET all inclusief maar meer vol pensioen met basis drinken als gratis (water/bier/wijn/frisdrank). Veel last gehad van mieren in de kamer

Les chambres sont bien, le personnel accueillant, le parking en sous sol parfait, pas très loin de belles plages, des commerces et des bars, par contre à pieds, la montée est rude. Les points négatifs, la chambre étaient en dessous des gaines d'extraction des hottes des cuisines, le bruit affreux et déclenchement du moteur dès 7h00 du matin, bouchons d'oreilles impératif, l'hôtel est quasi à 100% anglais, beaucoup d'enfants en bas âge ce qui rend les repas très bruyants, les repas sont corrects sans plus, la salle fait plus penser à une cantine qu'une salle d'un 4 étoiles, nous avons payé 1360€ pour 2 fin septembre en demie pension.

Very good. Pools are awasome (although extra shades in the pool itself would be nice) .very clean and staff (british) was extremly nice. Kudos to the kids club staff. Food is british like. Missing local dishes

We enjoyed our stay. Good is all ok, we always found things we liked. It is fresh and ok presented. Restaurant Can be busy at times. A shame that the childrens entertainment every evening from 19.30 is right in the restaurant, when we where having dinner. Very disappointed with lack of sun-chair system or rules. All chairs are “reserved” with Towels from before 7 am. No chance of getting a spot for 4 people this way. The hotel should really consider rules or a system to help all guests. We loved Lazy River. All in all a nice place, nice and friendly staff.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν γεμάτο μυρμήγκια. Οι χώροι στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολυ βρωμικοι. Παντού ειχε σκουπίδια, ακόμα και μέσα στις πισίνες. Το φαγητό πολύ μέτριο. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικό. Σίγουρα δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο 4ων αστέρων.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are very basic and there is a severe ant problem throughout the whole hotel. “All inclusive” is not all inclusive, most of the included drinks are horrendous and most of the drinks you would enjoy are not included (if you can find a bar that is open). There was a member of check in staff who was exceptionally rude. Will not be rushing back.

Great way to relax with kids in all inclusive. The pool and waterpark is great. The staff are amazing The rooms can be a bit more maintained, we had some ants here and there Overall 8.5/10 🎉

Great value for money! We stayed at this hotel five years ago, when it belonged to a different chain, and honestly didn’t like it back then. This time, we had no expectations — it was just convenient for our big group with lots of kids, and the price was affordable. The hotel is quite old, but clean and well maintained. The food was good: fresh, tasty, and with a pretty wide variety. The drinks were great too — which is very rare for a 4-star hotel in Cyprus! The water park was a lot of fun for the kids. And last but definitely not least — the staff were all super friendly and welcoming! We really appreciate that. Special thanks to Patty from the entertainment team — we love you, you’re the best! That was the most amazing aqua aerobics I’ve ever seen. You truly made our days ❤️
