My husband and I have just returned from a lovely long weekend in Lisbon, where we stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was spotless and had a beautiful signature fragrance that made it feel fresh and welcoming. Every member of staff we met, from reception and the bar team to the housekeeping staff, was friendly, professional and helpful. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the Old Town and within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions. Public transport is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and really added to the enjoyment of our trip. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

I really enjoyed being here. I like the common areas, found the staff great and the room nice. It was pleasant and useful and modern. The location is great for seeing the Baixa and other neighborhoods. I will come back here soon, I hope.

Mycket hjälpsam personal, med start innan ankomst med information via mail hur vi skulle ta oss från flygplatsen till hotellet med tunnelbanan. Det fortsatte sedan med hur fantastiskt bra de hanterade att vi behövde vänta utanför vårt rum på eftermiddagen på grund av problem med toalettstolen precis när vi kom tillbaka på eftermiddagen för en vila inför kvällens aktiviteter. Stort Tack för att ni hanterade det så bra. Förutom det så har hotellet ett fantastiskt bra läge, lätt att ta sig från flygplatsen med tunnelbana och 5 minuters promenad, gångavstånd till många sevärdheter, shopping och restauranger alldeles runt hörnet, nära fina promenader vid vattnet och nära till linje 28E/12E med de gamla spårvagnarna. Frukosten var mycket bra, både varmt och kallt och fräscht. Baren var trevlig och där fick vi en bra början på en fantastisk kväll i Lissabon. Sammantaget så är detta hotell ett mycket bra val och om vi kommer tillbaka så väljer vi Vincci Baixa igen.

Great stay. The room was very nice, the breakfast was really good and open at reasonable times. The atmosphere was incredible. Staff were very kind. Would stay here again!

Great location, clean room and very professional staff.

I don’t highly recommend this hotel to travelers as the rooms are very small and dirty. We booked two rooms but both are not that clean and not enough space for two luggage. The staff are not friendly and rude. The services are not excellent to guests for the price of the hotel. Also watch for your belongings and don’t leave valuable items in your room besides passport in the safe box. This hotel is only a bottom 3 star hotel.

Our door was left wide open by the cleaning staff. We then told the front desk and asked them to ensure the cleaning staff did not enter our room again. The next day we found them in our room and when we reported it to the front desk, they simply said that they would talk to the house keeping manager. We then found that house keeping poured sewage water on all of our clothing and bags. Everything is ruined. Never stay at this hotel! You are better off sleeping in a car. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had in 30 years!

The staff were great but beware of staying in the hotel during warmer periods. The top floors are extremely hot and the air conditioning is too outdated to keep up. Needs some reinvestment.

The hotel is located in a beautifultiful part of town! The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable. The room has very little storage.

Nice location. In a very touristy area, but the hotel is quiet, and no noise is coming inside. The room was very clean and had a small balcony. It was nice to be able to open the window and let the air come inside. Shower pressure was good. Room size was decent for European standards. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at the Vincci Baixa for 5 days and it was a great experience. I arrived ahead of check in and the front desk offered me the opportunity to freshen up from my travel, then did bag check for me until it was ready. They front desk staff also made recommendations on dining options within walking distance of the hotel - they were always helpful and friendly day in and out. My room was clean and lovely, with views of the city’s cute rooftops off the avenue behind the hotel, and Castelo de São Jorge in the distance. Gorgeous! Arranging airport transfer for my arrival and departure was also very easy. Vincci Baixa is in a superb location with excellent walk ability. It’s on the lower part of the center city, with “Baixa” quite literally meaning “low” in Portuguese so the walks in the area are mostly flat or take you gently uphill. Venturing over to Chiado or Bairro Alto are higher climbs - bring good walking shoes or take public transit, it’s easy and proximate to the hotel. There’s also a bar/restaurant on site which was great for snacking or grabbing a cocktail when I didn’t want to venture too far. And the breakfast option was more than sufficient with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, juices, coffee, pastries (yummy pastéis de nata), scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, etc. And while it wasn’t available in my room, the front desk provided me with an iron and ironing board upon request. I really believe I hit the jackpot when I booked this stay!
