It was fine. One of the better service station hotels I’ve stayed in. Reception was polite, room was clean, comfortable and, despite being next to the motorway, quiet.

Convenient, clean and easy access

Perfect location

The breakfast was horrible. It was a voucher for an independent shop. We had to walk over the bridge over the main road. Everything was do fried. No toast or bread, all deep fried. On our day they had no coffee, beans or eggs. So i ended up spending £4.50 at Starbucks for a coffee. Would have been better to just pick my own breakfast from any of the nearby shops and enjoyed it.

Good hotel. Basic but has the essentials and good value for money

Stay here quite often as near NEC, and cheap and cheerful. Booked through a partner site this time and was charged for parking. Never paid before. But only free if you book through their website direct. So next time will pay the extra and stay elsewhere

Clean,quiet and warm. Nice bathroom. All we wanted for a budget-priced overnight stay.

Friendly staff with exceeding expectation of level of service and cleanliness of the room

Staff tried to charge me for services that were not declared on the booking and were incorrect. The pillows and towels were stained. The toilet did not flush properly The curtains let light through causing a disturbed sleep

Worst nights sleep ive ever had in a hotel. Beds are rock solid and can hear everyone in every other room. Cant fault the staff though they are brilliant.

Overall it is good. But additional £5 was charged for parking while the receptionist explained that it was due to the fact that my reservation was made through hotels.com.
