Cheap stay, polite staff, clean room, bed was a little uncomfortable for me but thats preference.

The staff is welcoming and rooms are tidy. I paid for parking bcz l didn't use their website saying its free parking if lm to use their website. But besides that overall the place is on spot.

I had multiple emails regarding the stay leading up to our visit, which was getting a bit much. I had 2 regarding checking in online, so I did check in online. When we arrived we were told by the person behind the desk to use the self serve check in, which we did, we then had to input our car registration on the parking system and pay £5, which there was no mention of this when booking. It seems pointless filling all the information in on the online check in, to only do it again when you arrive. The room was ok, but not clean and the toilet seat was broken and almost off the edge of the bowl. There was a very questionable crusty white mark and patches on the curtain. There was such a build up of dust and hair where the TV was and the walls were splattered with some form of fluid. We were only supplied 2 bath towels, even though there were 4 of us. Also there is only 2 plug sockets in the entire room. On a positive note, the shower was good.

The large room was amazing with a beautiful bathroom/shower. It surely is way above 3 star: Verdict 4 Star.

Property was good for the location, the staff were great. No issues with noise which was a concern before our stay. Breakfast is over the bridge out of a service station kitchen, food was fine but it was busy so had to queue for ages. Hotel is great, skip the breakfast

I loved the technological(contactless) checkin although a receptionist was there to walk you through the steps.I loved the food court that had an overhead bridge to connect you to another location food court.Staying at this property was an eye opener to first world vibes and I enjoyed staying at the property.
