Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel, principalmente pela localização excelente. Escolhi este hotel por estar em uma região mais plana e essa decisão se mostrou perfeita, pois havia restaurantes, lojas e diversos pontos de interesse a poucos passos, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Um ponto positivo foi o isolamento acústico: mesmo estando em uma área movimentada, não tivemos grandes problemas com barulho da rua durante a noite. Percebemos que as janelas tinham uma proteção extra, o que ajudou bastante no conforto. O quarto não é dos maiores, mas foi suficiente para acomodar nossas malas de forma confortável. O aquecedor funcionou muito bem nas noites frias, e o tapete no quarto foi um detalhe que fez diferença para deixar o ambiente mais aconchegante. O chuveiro merece um destaque especial: tinha ótima pressão e temperatura, sendo um dos melhores que encontramos durante a viagem. Como pontos a melhorar, o quarto não possui frigobar e também não oferece água de cortesia, algo que encontramos em todos os outros hotéis em que ficamos no Peru. O café da manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade de opções e reposição constante dos itens conforme acabavam. No geral, achei o valor um pouco acima quando comparado a outros hotéis do mesmo estilo que pesquisei, mas, considerando que a localização era uma prioridade para nós, acredito que valeu a pena o investimento. Recomendo para quem busca praticidade, conforto e a facilidade de explorar a cidade a pé.

Hotel is well located in the old town. Felt safe, great restaurants nearby. This hotel chain in this Standard level however feels just a cut above back packer standard. It is a stripped back offering. Limited common area spaces, sparsely decorated, like the rooms. Reception service is transactional. For all the paring back, it does not feel like good value. The breakfast is adequate in quality and range only. Our experience was that the scrambled eggs were underdone both mornings. The Agues Calientes Andina Standard we stayed in later was a slightly better experience however.

Great stay overall! The room was very clean and comfortable it was with view to street and it didn't have much noise we were able to sleep really well, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The location was super convenient right at the pick up area from all the excursions, making it easy to get around. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again. I loved that is very centric to everything

Room size is good but it is very cold. They have limited space heaters available for guests.

After initial issues with outside noise and a move to a room far from the noise, I was given an updated modern room plus a complimentary dessert plate as a gesture acknowledging my troubles. The hotel is very convenient near the central Plaza de Armas where there is nightly free entertainment plus many shops and restaurants

Perfect location

The best hotel for a tourist trying to stay near Plaza De Armas in Cuzco. Around the corner from everything. I liked it so much, I stayed twice.
