5 star experience all around. The property is lovely, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quiet, modern and updated - beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast is a full English breakfast - eggs. bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, pastries, biscuits, toast, etc. The hotel is within waliking distance of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this facility.

It was an excellent experience. The room was very clean and tidy. Very spacious room with all amenities. Variety of choices for breakfast with excellent coffee. It was very easy check in. The front desk personnel was very warm and welcoming. The check in was so fast and easy. We reached the hotel late. But everything was so easy. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a vacation/family trip. It was pretty enjoyable. I have no complaints. Staff was nice and friendly. Had one little problem with payment at checkin, but got fixed pretty quickly and was very kind about it. Definitely would stay again.

Great Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Indoor pool was cold not heated but the hot tub was nice & hot! The King room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The room’s price was great too!

Our room was booked as a king bed with separate loveseat/sitting. We got a standard king that had been remodeled to have a chaise lounge chair in it. The bathroom was straight out of the 90’s with a step in tub that needed the caulking replaced. The bathroom had been repainted and was all over the tiles. The shower curtain leaked all over the floor because it was cloth and it went right through. I was NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. The slogan”I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night ……..”. Is not what I wanted to say when I left. But to say the least it was NOT a HOLIDAY INN AND SUITES I expected. Not recommended. At breakfast we were waiting in line behind the cleaning staff to get our food. I understand that they get free meals while they work but let them eat in the kitchen or give them a sack lunch when guests that PAID are waiting. I don’t mean to be rude but when the cleaning lady was going to take the pancakes I had to wait for I was a little irked.

I left my wallet in the room and the front desk had housekeeping check and it was recovered. She called me to confirm that it was found, and I went back after the event we were at ti pick up.

Our bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner had a high pitch squeal all night. It was a very unpleasant stay especially for a hotel that was rated well.

Great employees . Couldn't do enough for you. Friendly professional.
