Convenient parking. Property was clean, but the pool was closed. We booked at this hotel specifically for the pool, so that was disappointing. We were given a small discount for the inconvenience. They could use some dress code standards. The young man who worked the front desk wore an old, dirty hooded sweatshirt. He was friendly enough, but his appearance didn't set a very good standard for the property.

I need to speak to someone at Expedia. The hotels were fine but expedia ruined my weekend with my kids

The property was perfect. But the pool did not work and that was the reason i chose this hotel. I fewl it should not be allowed to chose a hotel if the pool choice was picked, but the pool is turned off.

The staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful. Some comments for improvement: Room 422 1.There was a big gap on the lower left side of the hallway door frame. 2.The free breakfast was beyond bad. Staff were in the back talking while the stations were empty. We went to breakfast at 8:30 AM. The bread, bagels and muffins were empty. The 'omelets' were like rubber. You can do better.

Had to ask to refill breakfast day one. Had no coffee day two. Told people. No one cared or was good about receiving the news. No coffee options at all.

Easy Check in room was clean and OK - you could tell it had been refurbished but ok.

The room was nice and clean but... the toilet refused to flush until my husband worked on it... and the light in the corner was burned out.

Comfortable beds

Everything was fine with our stay EXCEPT that we woke in the middle of the night to no power! We had no AC and the room was getting hot and we never heard a word from the staff or management which was a little concerning because we had no idea what was going on and what was being done about it. Other than that, the stay was good.

This Hotel had a great room, the breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was very well displayed.

Was old run down.

Our stay went well. We were a little disappointed in the beds/pillows as well as the temp of the rooms. We had our thermostat set at 62 & it was still 72 in the room & felt very warm all night.

Everything was very nice

Staff was very scarce on property. No bell carts to take luggage up to room. Paper thin walls. In an area with a lot of feedlots so smelly in the rooms as well as the hallways.

Good location. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Clean and well maintained room.

The A/C was comfortable when it was on but then it would go off and it would get hot before it came back on. Never could get comfortable during the night

Due to terrible weather we had a power outage and the fire alarm was set off. The fix wasn't quick, but all of the employees were patient with all of our questions, provided the information that they could and worked to find a resolution as fast as they could. THANK YOU!

Stayed at the Hampton due to a snowstorm, but working in the area. Snow removal was great. Breakfast buffet was fully stocked. Access to I-35 nearby
