I stayed here for a business trip and there were some great bits and not so great bits. I was told when I booked that I would receive instructions on how to gwt into the hotyel as th reseption is not manned after 12pm and I was arriving at around 5pm. I spoke to someone the day before to say I hadn't received

Very hot in the upstairs rooms. Breakfast was only from 8:00 which we found too late . Price high for the conditions offered

Ideally located for short walk into Keynsham. Car park small we had to find on street parking. Waited over 40 minutes for cooked breakfast. ( This happened last visit years ago) Bathroom large but needs update. Corner of bath held together with tape that was coming off. Eco shower - hardly any water came out. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

I was a little surprised the hotel did not have the restaurant and bar open on Wednesdays. However, there was a pub 5 minutes walk away that did food. Breakfast was really good, and the parking was easy. The hotel is on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.

Easy check in, lovely staff, delicious breakfast

The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again.

Great location between Bath and Bristol. Room was quite small and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast choice was excellent, we used the restaurant one evening, the food was really good. Parking is available but it’s not a big area and is used by guests and restaurant patrons so it does get busy.

Hotel is in a great location for Bath or Bristol. Never have any issues with our stay. The breakfast is lovely.

Do yourself a favour, and book another hotel You can get a lot better, for same money or less photos on line, deceiving Absolutely terrible .worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. Bad points- no receptionist to great you Key in lock box, you’ve got to find your own way around hotel Very dirty in reception area, loads of mud on carpet & stairs, still was there next day Quite tatty, dated & Grubby Room tiny, hard to get past the bed to bathroom ,on right ride Very very basic ,don’t expect any frills Room very dirty , especially bathroom Hairs on floor , dirty walls & floor Cracked tiles, rusty radiator Grubby small shower cubicle , not even a shelf to put shower gel on husband hurt his neck, trying to shave, you have to manoeuvre your body & neck, to a funny position , to see in the mirror, what a funny place to put a mirror needs a whole revamp to be honest Long black Hairs on my pillow, and small hairs in bed Blood or red ink on bedding Only 1 towel, for two of us, not even any hand towel window blind, doesn’t fit window correctly, lets loads of light it ,down side, big gaps Lots of noise through night, early hours Doors banging Too hot to sleep , even though we turned the radiator off But you could not control radiator in bathroom, boiling all night Good points Although Breakfast was very basic , it was nice & cooked well Waiter very nice. Would have been nice though ,to be asked ,if we would like anything eles e.g fruit/yogurt/hot drinks

Really lovely stay. Nice bed and room. Breakfast was top drawer too. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Clean, tidy, quiet & good food. Was able to check in earlier as we had been going to the rugby in bath

Room 10 - Big 4 Poster Comfy Bed, nice big Bath & amazing Breakfast

Very comfortable bed but pillows are not great. A lot of street noise as well. It is clean and the staff are fantastic. The breakfasts are also very good.

Very quiet stay with good night sleep & good breakfast

Handy situated between Bath and Bristol. Lovely young staff. Evening meal (tapas) was delicious. Good breakfast choice. Our room was a bit outdated and alot of dust on window sill! Sliding door for loo very noisy. Comfy beds though

Everything was as expected we have stayed here before. The staff are excellent as is the food the accommodation is clean tidy and of a good standard.
