Wonderful check in process!!

Outlets inaccessible and not working. Lamps and lights broken, not working. Dogs barking at all hours. A dog fight in hallway outside our door. Told desk would be staffed 4-10 every day. Never saw anyone in three days. Beds rock hard! This is an absolute disaster….a danger to folks staying there. BEWARE!

A good motel for the price. Not fancy but cheaply priced and the breakfast was great.

No ice machine, its been none working for months it seems. Being hot, they should get their act together

Cheap rates but you get what you pay for. There was no staff around the whole time we were there. No front desk staff, had to check in at the hotel beside. The front door is never locked, anyone could walk in at anytime of the day. No security whatsoever. Rooms are small and dirty. Will not stay there again. Pay the extra money and get a nice room nearby.

The property is run by the best western next door. I was there for 2 weeks and my doom was serviced only once. It's fine if all you need is a place to shower and sleep. If you need anything more, pick another place

Einfaches Motel mit zwei Etagen. Alles ist ziemlich alt und runtergekommen. Das Zimmer war soweit ok für eine Nacht. Das Bett war zu weich. Nicht schön fand ich, dass die Rezeption zum Check-Inn nicht besetzt war - das hat das Nachbarhotel übernommen. Aber auch zu anderen Zeiten oder am nächsten Morgen war niemand zu sehen. Man kann nicht ein Hotel führen und sich nicht um die Gäste kümmern. Wenn man Fragen oder Beschwerden hat ist niemand da. Motel liegt direkt neben einer Tankstelle. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass der teure Mietwagen auf den Parkplätzen nicht so gut aufgehoben ist.

I booked this hotel for the price, not the amenities. I got what I paid for but can't complain because the staff were all very kind and forgiving. They don't have very good communication with Expedia, though.

Rooms were nice hallway was dirty no breakfast carpets were terrible in hall

It’s a worn down property. It was cheap to stay there. So for the money. It worked.

The room itself was clean for the most part. However there was nobody at the front desk ever and the pop machine was empty, there wasn’t any vending machines, no alarm clocks in the room, nothing no stationary, no menus from any of the food establishments. It was extremely basic. We had to go next door to another hotel to get checked in and check out. They did however gave us a ride to the Airport on the day we were leaving and the shuttle van didn’t even belong to the Lone Tree Inn. So that was super nice of them.

Was perfect for the price we paid. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome

Stormy bad weather lead the reason to.lodfe up at.the lone tree. We like others decided to play itvsafe n stay at the lone tree. They had the soup pot on andvm we enjoyed the soup as the weather raged on.

We booked here last minute a year ago and were again happy with our stay for the price considering there was a large event in town. Unfortunately the guests in the room above us were awake at 430am both days and the footsteps and creaky floors were very loud and distrubed us both nighta of our stay. I would ask for 2nd floor in the future to alleviate this as it is not the management's fault. Property is adequate for the price.

You get what you pay for. Was just fine for a night of sleep.

The bathroom could have used a better cleaning. No staff in the building however the staff next door at the Best Western was helpful and accommodating.
