Had a great stay! It was super clean, staff super friendly and the food was great. Easy to find things to do around the island.

We loved our stay at this small resort. The staff were amazing. Food was delicious. The beach was spectacular. Will definitely go back. We loved the vibe on Isla Mujeres.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel is walkable to all the beaches and shopping. rooms very clean and relaxing. We upgraded to the suit with the rooftop pool and it was very enjoyable came with two lounge chairs and a covered outdoor cabana bed. beautiful views of the ocean.

This is Paradise! No luxury, but very comfortable and piece full! Everyone’s effort is to make you feel home. The best place, we go there from many years and will continue with pleasure. Thank you everyone, it was magical like always!

Great place to stay and close to all the fun beach clubs and restaurants. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The breakfast on the beach was amazing! I will say the dinner food was lacking almost like the meat was microwaved and lacked flavor. But other than that it is an all around great place to stay and be able to relax. We plan to go back soon!

Great location & the beach was beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay at Privilege Aluxes in late June! We stayed in Room 223, and it was huge, clean, and very comfortable. We upgraded to a garden view, and it was absolutely worth the small additional cost for the extra space. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was less than a five-minute walk to the beach, which was never crowded and always had plenty of lounge chairs available. We chose the all-inclusive package, and it was well worth it for the bottled water, beer, and especially the amazing breakfast buffet. Breakfast was excellent every morning and one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the food outside of breakfast. We enjoyed dinner at Satay, but the food from the pool bar, beach bar and Sabor was disappointing. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at Privilege Aluxes again. The beautiful property, spacious room, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere made it a great place to unwind.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk and by the beach were very friendly. The resort has its own section of north beach and very relaxing. I will come back most definitely.

We absolutely loved the property. The food was amazing. We were concerned about so few restaurants but we were 100% happy with food. The staff was phenomenal. The beach was perfect.

This hotel is amazing, honestly it blew me away when I sat down at the Playa Norte Beach restaurant. The view and the beach is amazing no seaweeds. And the food AMAZING. Oscar, Marco, Sherlyn, Melby, Fabiel, Dani, Alejandro WOW great staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. A lot of the staff are awesome people. My room was clean and spacious. Pool Bar was great, Friday Mexican night and the food was amazing. Sabor, Satay, and the Brazilian food didn’t wow me.

The staff was wonderful however we had a couple MAJOR issues. Our original room had no A/C, we could never get fresh clean pool towels and there was glass in my granola!

Such a shame that the staff/management is so terrible at such a beautiful place. My family and I had the worst experience. We encountered an unsafe situation at the beach part with a hotel security that was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When we sought help at the lobby, no one was available. They told us to return the next morning without care of what we had experienced. The next day, the management listened and basically said that the higher ups limit what they can do to try and make things right. We had to deal with this staff member daily as he held various posts at different parts of the hotel throughout our stay. We have never experienced this type of dismissive behavior from a hotel. Typically when things occur that should not occur, most hotels will try their best to make the guest feel heard, safe, and satisfied. Not this place! Stay here if you want to feel unsafe and knowing that the staff will be dismissive to concerns from guests.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Food was good. Uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable metal chairs on balcony, loungers would be better. Pool bar closes at 6pm, pool closes at 8pm - silly for an adults only resort. Entertainment - boring. All inclusive does not include refilling alcohol in room. Noise at night with other resort, noise during day from school next door. Poor beach, about 20 feet of water from sand to ropes then alot of boat traffic beyond. Would not recommend to friends or family and would not return without mentioned improvements.
