Nice place, clean and tidy. Easy, would stay again. It’s in a little industrial bit, far enough out but parking easy. So would need car, but nothing wow, but a nice easy place to get some rest. Balcony was a nice size,nothing to look at, but good.

It has a great restaurant onsite that also provides a great free hot buffet breakfast. It is close to others nearby as well as shops. Easy to get to the highway and very clean. Bed were comfortable and pillows were great. Found the lobby and elevator too scented, which was a little overpowering, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for great service and a great sleep.

The rom was clean and comfortable. The front desk check in staff were lovely to deal with. After having two dinners in the attached dining room I would opt to go elsewhere. The service was okay and the food was only mediocre.

View is too much building and construction

Our suite had an adjoining room door. Two nights of our stay, the people were very noisy and inconsiderate. One morning seemed like they were having a FaceTime call at 5 am! The next morning we’re were awakened at 6 am by crying kids. Our suggestion is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Clean modern building. Well trained staff

Large room with small kitchen and full size fridge. Very comfortable. Great location

Rooms were great. Just a note there was 3 staying in a suite, so should have cutlery and cups for 3 not standard 2. Was excellent place to stay.

The property is quite far from downtown, but I knew this when I booked. Restaurant outside patio was great. Wonderful service and the food was good too! The beds were very comfortable and those pillows. Lovely. Costco right next door was pretty cool too!

Clean room, staff was very friendly. A balcony would have been lovely, but I do not think any of the rooms had a balcony. Sofa bed in the sitting area could use replacing. Did not use for sleeping, but not very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in main area a bit odd. A nice table and chairs in the space would have been more appreciated.

Staff was great in looking out for our comfort. The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept very thoroughly clean throughout out stay. Top notch service! The hotel was. nearly 30 minutes from Victoria and far for most attractions, the visit to the Hatley Castle, the grounds and the university was an all day delight and within 15 minutes or so.

Front staff not great

Overall upkeep of property was nice, the decor was modern and the facilities were nice and clean. Only downside was there was an overwhelming scent throughout the building of airfreshner that smelled like AXE body spray. Other downside was that we had to call them to reverse the double payment. They took the deposit and then charged us for the room even though it was fully pre-paid on expedia.

Clean room, great staff, good hotel overall. I'm a detail oriented person and did notice it probably is an older hotel but they did a good job with the facelift. Only Con I had was that the door to the hallway wasn't very insulated. Luckily, it wasn't a busy night, but at roughly 7pm there were a couple guys (most likely drunk) that were talking and swearing with loud voices and it sounded like I didn't have a door...
