There was no heat on the room when u walk into it it’s like ur sitting outside cold then it didn’t heat up all night

Clean and spacious room and excellent service.

Very disappointed that the hot tub was not in use..they closed it up with cement..should have let us know this before we booked..the hot tub is the whole reason we chose this hotel!

Fantastic top to bottom. Highly recommended! We stayed at 2 courtyards this week (Buffalo and Cambridge). Could not have been different experiences. Buffalo was sensational and Cambridge was terrible.

The washroom was moldy. The heating insufficient. Shampoo, body soap and conditioner containers were empty. Gym without water cups and without enough towels. Terrible for the price paid.

Love the Ambienece

Hotel was fine. Room was dirty. Sticky spots on bedside table and dust everywhere. Missing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower.

The staff here is particularly welcoming from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here if you are flying out of Buffalo or just passing through.

Everything in the room was new and in good condition . Large tv. Quiet heat/air system . Friendly staff. Very good location.

Good experience. Thought the bar would be open later especially when a huge football game is going on that weekend. Also $52 for 2 double shot drinks is insane when you can go to any bar and get them for 8 ton16 top shelf.

The rooms was clean and it was very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was exiting the driveway. It is on an extremely busy main road. Turning left is almost impossible. It is an accident waiting to happen.
