The reason for my low rating is that the furniture in my suite look like it had been chewed by pitbull’s all of the furniture legs were chewed up and should not have been in a Marriott property

Bed was uncomfortable.

I didn't eat breakfast . My tv wasn't working and the person working the desk was completely unhelpful and useless and unfriendly

Staff were rude, room cold, lack of towels, no whirlpool, overcharged

The hotel room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was small as the door swings in to right in front of the toilet. The hot tub is gone and recently tiled over, which was a disappointment. Television allows easily for HDMI media input.

Clean room as described. Beds are comfortable however pillows are horrible! Also super loud vacuuming with the cleaning staff talking super loud in the morning at 7am!! Overall good stay decent staff and clean hotel!

They gave me wrong room

El hotel no hace servicio al cuarto hasta el 3 dia. No te ofrecen toallas nuevas. Adicional estan trabajando en el y desde las 7 am estan con aspiradoras y diablitos moviendo cosas. Si te toca el cuarto cerca de la puerta de salida, no vas a dormir. Toda la noche la estan abriendo y desde las 5 am.

Our room had a funky smell, Bathroom was terrible. They had us in a handicap room, there was not a real shower and the sink was built for a wheel chair to go in. The mirrors were dirty and there was not a tall mirror or anything so that you could see yourself before you left the room. Also, Wallpaper was peeling and the window would not shut all the way and screen was popped out. Not at all happy with the room based on what I paid for it. The staff was not that friendly, I asked for water and I was told to come back down later, meanwhile another couple walked up and were given two bottles.

We only stayed one night so it was fine. Bathroom floor had old hair still there. Bed was fine. Price was great

Warm welcoming beautiful friendly staff. I’d like to thank Lisa the front desk manager for being so kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay back in this hotel again in near future !

La habitación que nos asignaron estaba con un mal olor terrible a cigarrillos , cuando nos quejamos para que nos movieran a otra , estaban negado hacerlo después de minutos de desacuerdos al fin nos asignaron otra
