Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to Salma at reception who exceeded all expectations. We had a large room with comfortable beds and all amenities that we needed. They serve delicious food for breakfast. And the beautiful garden, several pools and the private beach guarantee a pleasant stay. The lobby is also wonderful with indoor fountains and decorations. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Great stay at the hotel with excellent service, especially by Salma from reception but also by her colleagues. Always helpful and friendly, all request were fulfilled. Good selection of tasty foods for breakfast and a beautiful garden with different pools as well as a private beach. What’s also convenient is that Lagoona Mall with shops is just across the street. We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Doha – Valentina and Stefania. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless at all times, with daily cleaning and no missing amenities whatsoever. The room itself was very spacious and had a stunning view over the garden and lagoon, with the city and high-rise buildings visible in the background — truly beautiful. The hotel staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay. ( Thank you, Sagor) The restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisines, suitable for all tastes and nationalities, so there is always something to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily return.

We would like to formally report that my wife’s makeup items went missing after the room was cleaned by housekeeping. We informed the reception immediately and have followed up several times over the past 3–4 days. Unfortunately, although the staff have been polite, no real action has been taken, and the matter does not appear to be treated seriously. These items were inside our room and under the hotel’s responsibility during cleaning. We expect this issue to be properly investigated, including checking housekeeping records and staff involved, and that we receive a clear response and solution as soon as possible.

The Grand Hyatt Doha is an excellent property. The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and all the staff are extremely accommodating. We ate at the Thai Restaurant every night of our stay which was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Grand Hyatt was superb. Great staff in a lovely setting, we even had the UAE football team staying who were participating in the Arab Cup. Definitely go back.

I loved my stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha hotel. The hotel was very beautiful and the staff is exceptional! I travel a lot, but never experienced such kindness and care.
