Very kind and caring reception staff, who, as soon as they saw my husband was having difficulty walking (a very recent development), went out of their way to organise a different apartment to that allocated since the lift was out of order, so we were only on the first floor. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the kichen was well equipped, although I would have liked a dishcloth in addition to a washing up brush so I could wipe the worktop, and a pair of scissors. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked good, with a large terrace area for sunbathing. I also appreciated the fact that although I am English (but also have Portuguese nationality and have lived here 13 years) the reception staff conversed with me in Portuguese - so often I am replied to in English. Parking was easy, and location is good - walking distance both to the beach and the exhibition centre by Lidl (we were there for the annual Wine Fair). I would certainly stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay hotels was clean and comfortable good well equipped kitchen. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with sea views right above the pool. Safe were friendly. Hotel is situated above the old town and on a steep hill. But taxis are cheap enough and very easy to get. We would return in the future

It was a clean spacious property in a great location. Walkable to the old town of Albufeira that has plenty of restaurants and shops. The patio gave us a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sunrise each morning.

Great hotel good location got upgraded for free, also manager let us check out late on our last day. All in all very good

Great spot. There is a nice drivable beach at Praia Santa Eulália. Lots of steps to get down to the beach. View from balcony was from a travel guide. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Easy parking in low season.

Great stay. Clean, close to the beach and the downtown area, lots of shops and restaurants. Recommended.

4 of us shared the apartment and there is plenty space and amazing views of the sea from our balcony. Will definitely be back

Great location, helpful staff. Rooms were extremely spacious. The smell of the water system was truly unpleasant. Not the quietest place especially when late night parties get back. But walkable to everything you’d need.

Propriedade antiga mas tudo funcionou a contento. Ficamos instalados em 1 apartamento com sala, cozinha e vista para o mar. Muito espaço. Cama confortável. Curta caminhada do centro (10mins) mas localizado em área silenciosa. Em geral dado os preços de outras instalações, achei o benefício ótimo!

We loved our stay so much we extended it. Great location, perfect for our family (2 children). Close to everything while still being outside of the main strip and avoiding the noise from the night life. Will definitely be staying here again

This is such a lovely place to stay in Albufeira and I would definitely stay here again! The apartment is lovely and clean, with a very nice balcony and view, and very good internet connection. There is 24/7 reception in case you need help with anything. The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to the old town centre and the beach. I will say that you have to take stairs to get there, so that might be difficult for people with mobility issues, which is not the fault of the property.

The property is very well located and very close to the old town as well as Praia da Peneco. Very clean and the staff are super helpful and professional. We would like to thank Paulo, Isabel and Ibrahim for their excellent customer service. Paulo was such a good excellent source of information. Very hard working man. We stayed at room 602 and it was super clean. Whoever cleans that room deserve a praise because everything was tidy and no dust in the cupboards.
