Very nice clean property away from but close enough from 76 strip

Location was good. The room had limited views and was on a basement level facing a brick wall. It was noisy as the people in the room above us kept jumping on the floor. It really wasn’t worth the money we paid. I’d check out other locations next time we visit Branson.

The entire aquatics facility shut down, no pool no splash pad. Nothing for the children! they said it was straight line winds that damaged the pool area, but funny how all of the lounge chairs the tables everything was as if they had never been touched and funny how all of the swimming pools in the surrounding hotels within walking distance or up and running and just fine. I think the Hotel lied I don’t think there were any straight line wins or weather related issues that happened to the pool.

Our double room was beautiful; our single with a pull out was run down a d in need of repairs. Guest services was extremely polite. We wish the ool was open!

I booked a villa, 3bed2bath, it was great. Very spacious especially the balcony. The only downside was the pool and splash area were closed. I will be booking this villa on my next Branson trip.

Timber Ridge is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Branson. Very well maintained property. The only downside. The timeshare sales pitch when you check-in to get a "parking pass".

The staff was verry pleasant. The property is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy walking in the morning before the heat and stopping by the turtle pond. Unfortunately when we stayed the pools were not open and it was very hot. I would definitely recommend this property and I will return when they open the pools. Very family friendly, but also quiet if your looking for peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the King one bedroom suite was very large. Grocery and liquor store nearby. Downtown area is a 15 minute drive.

Ok the pool being closed was a bummer. The only other bad thing is i have no idea why they would have a man dressed like a girl at the front desk of a high dollar resort where most of your clients are conservative like myself. I dont agree with supporting that lifestyle

Pool is out of commission due to storm damage. No fault of the hotel.

The cabin feel to interior including fireplace in bedroom. Disappointed with certain items being lose or not properly maintained, for instance bath tub faucet was loose.

This stay was nice, but for the price I would expect this property to be more modern. This was out dated and furniture and bed was run-down.

Villas were spacious and nice

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Everything went well however the indoor pool was not heated.

Biggest downside was there was no access to the indoor or outdoor pool which was the only reason we chose this property. We found out the pool was closed THE DAY BEFORE we arrived. This property was great though. I stayed with my family and we booked the 3 bedroom villa. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and concierge was on point.

Clean room, quiet part of town and friendly staff.

The family had a great time during our stay in Branson as usual. This property was a quiet place to end each day and relax. The kids would have enjoyed the Splash-a-Torium was available but since we where only staying two nights this wasn't an issue for us.

The pool was closed but got a courtesy call beforehand which was really nice.

Very nice codo for our week their. A few fit and finish repairs that could be done but nothing that detracted from the stay. Pool area was closed for repairs this summer which was too bad as it rained much of our week. All in all I would definitely return.

The room had dirty towels covering the air vents. The shower handles did not work. We only had very hot water and low pressure.
