This place was affordable and nice for the price. It’s definitely a 3 star hotel. However it worked. The tv was little and we needed more bed linens. But was not bad at all.

Toilet made lots of noise after flushing. Room not as clean as I would have liked. Very limited parking. Free wifi did not work very well. The person working at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. For the cost of this hotel it was underwhelming.

The staff are best nasty n rude

It’s a very tired facility in what my aunt - a Park Slope resident of 20+ years - calls a liminal neighborhood They were good with the room assignment, due to a higher rate, top floor, angled view of lower downtown Manhattan

There’s roaches here- we found some 06/14/2025. We got refunded and went across the street to holiday inn express and had no problems there. There were bugs on the furniture but we killed them. The two pics are two more we found in the bathroom. The front desk attendant was polite when refunding our money.

WOW! All things considered, I’ve stayed over the past year at a few random, with a Google search, affordable hotels for unplanned over night stays in the Brooklyn / NYC areas. Adding this hotel 1st time stay this year stood out among many others. In that I was treated really nicely from my initial inquire via a phone call follow-up after just booking on line via EXPEDIA. To a go out of the way receptionist at an early morning hour who made sure personally I was literally guided into an inside the clean building’s parking spot — It was truly beyond regular customer service for the star level that this affordable hotel is categorized. HIGHLY and BRAVO RECOMMENDED! It will become my go to place in the hood. Thank you!

They need to upgrade the carpet the whole run looks old n rundown

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever encountered. We traveled for leisure. Looking at the pictures when booking, it seemed like a decent acceptable hotel. When we got there and checked in, and went to our room, I was totally disgusted at the state of the room. Especially for the money we paid for the room. It looked like a dump. The room was smelly and dirty and not clean at all. The room was totally unacceptable. We went down to reception to complain. They gave us a somewhat better room. Still smelly and not clean.

Room did not have a pleasant smell when you walk in. Thanks goodness we had lysol..next morning woke up and saw roach in the bathroom. We stayed one night and never again.

The place was very clean and a little above average. You have to provide your cups for ice because they don't provide cups or ice bucket. Not a happy camper about that.

Reasonably priced. Clean room. Friendly front desk person. Short walk to the subway. Thumbs Up

Quiet and easy to get around

These people were very kind to me and treated me like a queen and I will definitely be back

I Didn't like the smell in the room and the bathroom was not the greatest, needs work, also the bed made me feel itchy and there was a couple in another room fighting and screaming late at night.

Very nice for the price cozy stay I enjoyed the peace and quiet the view is nice on 5th floor could be alittle cleaner but

The staff was great, but this was supposed to be a smoke-free property; however, the property seemed like the headquarters for smokers.
