They had wonderful beds. Slep well.

Staff were very helpful, rooms are super clean and we had a beautiful view of the harbour.

Great staff, food at Trio was awesome. Room had some hair in shower and needed to be dusted. Overall a good experience

We’ve enjoyed our first stay in Sydney. The hotel was clean and nicely renovated, the view from our room of the harbour was beautiful and our suite was spacious. The only suggestion would be a small bottle of body lotion, which I forgot to bring. There was only shampoo/conditioner.

Fantastic. Great service and accommodating

Paid extra for a waterfront suite. It was located right beside a stairwell. The noise was pretty bad as they happened to be having a prom or something. We were on the second floor so from 1am to 5am difficult to sleep with the stairwell noise. If getting one of these rooms ask for a higher floor.

Brendan the hotel clerk was extremely helpful. Staff were all very pleasant.

This is a fantastic hotel! I will stay here from now on when travelling to Cape Breton. My only issue was that parking was not included and additional $15 per day Staff was fantastic and very accomodating and rooms were clean and spacious...restaurant is fantastic as well

Everyting is renovated to the best. This place is very nice. My suite was huge, loved the double doors to the bedroom. Two TVs was a first for me, very interesting. Staff was wonderful and smiling all the time. The Trio restaurant-lounge offers quality choices off their menu. A bit pricy. Can't understand that they charge $3.00 for coffee when you order a $20.00 breakfast,,,c'mon guys...Overall, very satisfied.

The fitness room is excellent. The view of the ocean from the fitness room is stunning.

Will definitely stay here again… check in was easy, room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Great comfortable room

Stayed here 5 nights while travelling for work. The rooms were spacious and clean, I had a kitchen, living area and bedroom so it was very comfortable. Everything was fairly modern. I ate at the hotel restaurant once and it was quite good. The location is right by the water, and is in the heart of downtown so it was very close to several restaurants and the cruise port. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel if visiting Sydney.
