Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. We loved the accommodations and the amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well as our dinner in your restaurant. Everyone is polite and friendly. Enjoyed the pool also! When we checked in I would have to say that the young man at the desk was not particularly friendly and never notified us of the “Brixen card”. It was not until the afternoon before we left that the kind woman at the desk mentioned the card. We would have loved to take advantage of the saving on the card. That was a shame. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend your hotel. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend who attended an OAT trip last year and stayed at your hotel.

Hotel che conoscevo, ma non vi avevo ancora soggiornato. Me ne avevano parlato bene e devo dire che le aspettative sono state soddisfatte. Struttura pulita, silenziosa con buona colazione

This is one of the best hotels Ive ever visited. Easy to find and park. Fast check in and the staff carried my 2 bags to the room. Hotel restaurant = fine dining with great winelist. All the hotels are filled with elefants. Breakfast = great !

Actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Really friendly, helpful and profesional stuff. Rooms are big, clean and with a beautiful garden. The available choices of breakfast could be better, but nothing to complain about. Highly recomendable stay in a very historic hotel with a incredible story.

Hotel prestigioso e personale affabile e gentile

Wenn es überhaupt ein Manko gibt, dann allenfalls die teils hellhörigen Zimmer. In Italien aber nicht ungewöhnlich und im Vergleich zu anderen deutlich besser. Prima Restaurants!

La stanza era stata ristrutturata di recente ed era presente ancora un forte odore di vernice. Inoltre la stanza era fredda.

Bellissima struttura storica, molto affascinante e ben curata. La posizione è eccellente e molto silenziosa, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi (in due minuti) il centro storico di Bressanone. Personale veramente gentile, simpatico e competente. Ottima anche la cucina. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per il periodo Natalizio e grazie alla Brixen card offerta, una volta parcheggiata l'auto nel park interno ci si può muovere gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente oltre ad avere ingressi a musei ecc, gratuiti.

La professionalità e la gentilezza che solo un luogo storico e ricco di tradizione può offrire : l’Hotel Elephant è una sicurezza per tutti coloro che amano il Natale dal 1940

La struttura ha il fascino dell'antico , ha 500 anni , con personale molto cortese rd un servizio di ristorazione eccellente , da ristorante stellato . Le camere purtroppo non sono all'altezza della categoria , almeno quella che ho avuto . Bidet in bagno inaccessibile da un verso , termosifone in bagno scrostato e con segni di ruggine . Polvere sui trtmisifoni della camera . Buon letto e buon materasso . In posizione ideale a due passi dal centro e con parcheggio interno . In conclusione albergo con molto fascino , arredi di cassepanche antiche importanti , bagni delle camere inadeguati e non all'altezza della categoria ( forse di un 3 stelle !!! ) , ristorante fantastico .
