El personal es muy amable, el cuarto es minúsculo. Nosotros rentamos 2 camas individuales pero el baño y el cuarto son mini. Se escucha mucho ruido por la noche y el elevador es lentísimo. En general es un hotel muy viejo pero supongo que por el precio de las habitaciones no está mal. El desayuno muy sencillo pero probablemente si quieres algo más cómodo, mejor renta un airbnb.a ubicación es muy buena esta a 5 min del Vaticano y de la estación aunque el camino a las estaciones es medio feo por tantos indigentes.

La atencion del personal es muy buena. El hotel es limpio. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones, es muy variado. Tiene una ubicación estrategica, servicio de bus pasa fresnte al hotel y la estacion del tren está muy cerca. El hotel esta cerca al vaticano, se puede ir caminando.

Clean room, friendly staff, good amenities and decent breakfast spread, as well as great shower pressure. Near decent restaurants and transport links. Definitely would recommend!

Its an older property but very clean. The staff is excellent. They offer an amazing breakfast with a variety of different choices. Monica and her staff in the morning offered the best Customer Service and hospitality. The only down side was that we were not able to control the AC in our room, but thankfully we went in April and it wasn't too hot. Its very convenient that we were able to get transportation arranged through the front desk. The location is a 30 minute drive from the airport. Very close within walking distance to the Vatican, fresh market and restaurants. The Coleseum is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel and train station. Remember that traffic is very busy in Rome. We had a tough time because check in was at 3pm but they were able to get our room at 12pm.

The room is very clean, staff are nice and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast and the stays Definitely will come back .

I absolutely love this place... the staff loved my little baby and family. Ms. Silva, Ms. Monica, Mr. Emanule, and the other older gentleman and lady!!!. They were the most precious to us and so accommodating. Thank the Lord, we chose this place and location, best decision we could have made staying in Roma!!!! ARRIVEDERCI!!

Located within a mile from the Vatican this three star hotel is a great value when including the very good breakfast. All staff are very attentive and friendly. We booked the two triples but with two adults in each the were mostly comfortable with nice verandas and tables with four chairs outside as well. The third bed actually collapsed to half size and we used for laid out luggage access. Although tbe double "vintage" rooms also on sixth floor had very cool inlaid wood furniture, we also had antique drop open writing credenzas that had also a clothing drawer in addition to other drawers in the closets. If you appreciate the warmth of antique furniture, this is special. A refrigerator (not minibar) in the other closet so quiet did not know we had one the first two days. The entire room was well organized and tasteful. We stayed just one week. Would not hesitate to come back.

The breakfast has such a good selection! Very good value! A/C was efficient! Such helpful staff at front desk and breakfast! The hot water went out an one point, but they got it up and going quickly!

Showers are very small. No shampoo n conditioner. Great breakfast selection. Easy to get can or taxi. Staff helpful

Breakfast was great and fresh no need for ac not hot enough but it was present Clean room very homey and had a balcony so airy Kudos to Monica she was always so pleasant and smiling offered breakfast to go when we were leaving early to sightsee Roberto at checking in was always so helpful and smiling with the map and metro information Miranda evening desk was friendly and helpful The young man that cleaned our room did a great job I know l was on vacation but l felt very welcomed by this hotel Walking distance to taxi station,Vatican, restaurants, metro which was easily understood for travel

Great breakfast, clean room…the only problem we had no air conditioning.

Very spacious room with a large balcony that surrounded the room on the top floor. The room was dated but very comfortable. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Was located close to the public transit so it was easy to get everywhere

Great location, 5 minute walk from Cipro station (Line A). The free breakfast buffet was delicious, big selection. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It can get a little noisy at night, with the street noise and neighbors, but nothing crazy. And be aware they don’t turn on the AC in Italy in April, so it can get a little hot (didn’t know this coming in, not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind)
