Personnel super accueillant dans un cadre très joli. Restaurant de l établissement très bien. Bel emplacement sur l extérieur. Piscine irréprochable. Vue magnifique. Implantation proche de portovenere et de la spezia pour se rendre aux 5 terres. Seul petit bémol salle de bain un peu petite. Par contre très bonne literie. À recommander

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. A few remarks: the hotel is located in La Grazie, with very few restaurants. The one and only place to eat simply is La Marinara which has a waiting of more than an hour sometimes. The pool water temperature was too cold. The hotel does not have parking. One has to pay for parking.

Très bon hôtel au calme sur un petit port. Manque de commerce et animation. Si besoin il faut aller jusqu’à Portovenere pour de l’animation et des commerces

Knowing how hot Italy is I picked hotels with A/C. On Hotels.com it shows as having AC but in fact our room didn’t. We only stayed one night but it was very hot and hard to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was good, very clean, nice room, cute spot, helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in perfect position on the quayside. Own swimming pool. Excellent personnell in reception and in the restaurant. Unusual colourful mosaic tiling throughout the hotel, even in the bedrooms. The sound of toys and hoovers on the tiles in the room above will wake you in the morning at 07.00 so ask for a room on the second floor. Excellent breakfast service and excellent service at their outdoor restaurant on the quayside. But if, like us, you're used to getting your seafood from the Atlantic or the North Sea then Meditterranian sea food is sadly lacking and the pretentious menu only offered 4 lamb chops as an alternative. A grilled steak in that environment would have made all the difference.

The setting for this hotel is beautiful; the employees are helpful and friendly; my room is lovely and has a balcony looking out at the bay, and the food is delicious.

Belle vue sur la mer

Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal i receptionen. Dock pratade mannen väldigt dålig engelska. Fruktansvärt hårda sängar och väldigt lite toa och dusch. Dessutom fanns ingen handdusch samt trångt och svårt att duscha. Restaurangen åt vi på en kväll, absolut inte värt ett besök!
