Very clean hotel in the heart of Ravenna. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. This was the perfect hotel to stay 1 night prior to embarking on our cruise leaving from Ravenna.

The location is perfect, and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful... it was WOW. It's Ravenna, so it is an older facility, but was very clean. This was a really good value for the money.

As soon as we walked in, they were helpful, offered suggestions, and made our stay perfect! Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good and it was centrally located so that we could do a bit of sightseeing before getting on our cruise.

Everything was perfect. David at the front counter was wonderful, the rooms were amazing, breakfast great. And the location was central to everything! Awesome overall

A good basic hotel with very helpful staff and convenient for a visit to Ravenna! We found parking at a lot nearby. Bed was comfortable. Lots of food options in walking distance.

Staff is incredibly friendly. I fell ill during my stay and they were very gracious to give me tea with honey and lemon. The breakfast buffet was good! I was surprised how many options there were. I would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful stay except for the very last morning. I had set up the night before to have a cappuccino and a snack to go since my train left at 5:00 in the morning. When I got down the night concierge didn't have anything ready for me and I had no time to wait for him to get it together. I had spoken to the front desk people twice before and they assured me it would be waiting for me downstairs. Very disappointed with this part, but besides that everybody else was very nice. The daytime concierge is much better than the night one. The two times I had to interact with him he acted like I was bothering him. The daytime people were all fantastic!

L'hotel é posizionato in zona centralissima, parcheggio gratuito più vicino a 600mt, hotel in ztl sempre attiva. Sembra di tornare agli anni 70, c'è tutto è pulito ma vanno decisamente rifatti bagni e arredamento, no comment per phon e doccia nella vasca. Nota decisamente positiva il personale,cordiale e disponibile. Colazione completa ma in sala con colorazione sgradevole.

O hotel é um pouco mais antigo, mas a limpeza e o tamanho do quarto era bem agradáveis. Infelizmente a porta da varanda do meu quarto estava quebrada, e no inverno so tem aquecedor no quarto, então foi um pouco difícil dormir com o quarto quente. Os funcionários eram super cordiais.

AMAZING friendly staff. Great location. We had room 406. Room very outdated but ok. The bathroom is very large, however to take a shower you have to step in the tub. The space is VERY small and water sprays everywhere. Water hot in the evening and only warm in the morning. Based on AMAZING staff, basic breakfast and great location and cost effective, I would recommend. They also offer parking within walking distance but it took a few times to drive around to find a spot at 1600. I think any later it would take longer. Again, ALL the staff are AWESOME!!

Hotel elegante, camera altrettanto elegante, curata e con ogni comfort. Posizione eccezionale, centrale, a due passi da tutti i monumenti e a pochi minuti dalla stazione, ideale se si arriva in treno. Nonostante la posizione in pieno centro è una zona assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione a buffet ricca e gustosa. Personale cordialissimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualunque necessità. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Hotel in centro storico, comodissimo per ogni dove. Camera completa, spaziosa e confortevole; silenziosa, con persino la doppia porta.Receptionist cordiale ed efficiente, con la registrazione per l’accesso alla ZTL. Colazione assortita e varia, con buona scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. .
