The hotel room is very nicely furnished and cozy, great bathroom and good options for the breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Hotel Fiorita was perfect in all aspects. The room was bright and airy, we often slept with the window open (shutters closed) for the breeze and to listen to the night life. It was perfect walking distance to literally everything. We felt safe, and we felt like the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast that was included was incredible. A cozy spot up on the top floor with panoramic views. A great way to start the day. Bonus you could see the Duomo from our window.

O quarto é simples porém muito limpo, organizado, cama boa e lençóis bem limpos. O ar condicionado estava funcionando muito bem. O banheiro também super limpo, o sabonete disponível de boa qualidade , toalhas estavam muito limpas. O café da manhã era fresco , tinha uma boa variedade e o local do café da manhã ainda tinha vista para a cidade. O atendimento de todos foi excelente!

Overall clean. Location is good. However, limited amenities. No tissue box and no cup in the bathroom for toothbrushes.

The room was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It is very close to the train station, so convenient as well. Highly recommend !

地理位置很棒！往右邊就是佛羅倫斯SMN火車站；往左邊就是聖母百花大殿的方向！職員也非常友善；客房也很整潔！

I love this room. Was big and very fancy. The locations was close to many amenities. The elevator was small but fun. The room was clean. They held on the luggage while we went sightseeing. A gentleman in the front desk had a mean demeanor, don't know why. I wll back to this hotel for sure..

The room was large and very clean. The only aspect we didn't like was how small the bathroom was, and the shower temperature wasn't consistent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the front desk held our luggage and put it in the room once the room was ready. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights because it was a wonderful stay.

O hotel fica localizado no 3º. andar de um prédio antigo, onde cada andar fica um hotel diferente e o elevador de acesso é um modelo bem antigo também, mas funcionou bem. Localização boa, central, bem próxima a estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, portanto é possível fazer os pontos turísticos caminhando. O quarto que ficamos era simples, limpo e tinha um tamanho bom, mas o banheiro muito apertado. Café da manhã simples, com poucas opções e o local de acesso não é indicado para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, pois fica no terraço e tem que subir muitos lances de escadas estreitas.

フィレンツェの中央駅から徒歩２〜3分で行きつきます。ただ1つの建物の各階に別のホテルがあり、外部に大きな看板がある訳でも無いので、少し分かりにくいかも知れません。 ホテルは3階（日本風にいうと4階）にあります。 部屋にポット、コーヒーなどは有りません。 たまたまでしょうが、私達が利用した部屋のシャワーはハンドノズルと頭の上から降り注ぐノズルの切り替えが出来ませんでした。 部屋の広さは2人には十分な広さです。
