El hotel y las habitaciones están muy bien. El personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. La localización es inmejorable a un paso del Duomo. Hay muchas opciones para comer y estás a 10 minutos de todo. No obstante, considero que la ducha no funcionaba correctamente: salía muy poca agua y fría en una habitación y en la otra cambiaba de fría a quemando constantemente por lo que es muy difícil ducharse con normalidad. Otro aspecto que considero mejoraría mucho la imagen del hotel que es la entrada del portal estuviera arreglada y mejorada, el ascensor estuviera en mejores condiciones y la parte exterior del ascensor que sube estuviera limpia ( el cual no solo forma parte del hotel sino de todo el edificio).

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our package, and the quality was good. However, in my opinion, the hotel did not meet the expectations suggested by its rating on Expedia. The washroom in Room 304, where we stayed for three nights, had a persistent unpleasant odor, even with the fan running overnight. Additionally, the room faces a back alley where some homeless individuals were staying, and there was noticeable noise until midnight. Also, in the photos, the hotel appeared to be new and modern, but in reality, when we arrived, it was much older and more worn than expected. great location - pretty normal hotel nothing fancy but super serviceable

House keeping was everyday and did a great job. The breakfast food was pretty good. The different coffees' were great. Perfectly located. Could easily walk to all the local restaurants and musuems. We had the rooftop junior suite. Awesome views of the city. 20 minute ride to the airport. 10 minute walk to the tram. Would definitely go back again.

This is the perfect hotel at a perfect spot in Florence. The rooms were great, the water pressure was amazing, and it was an easy walk to anywhere in the City Center. I've stayed at several hotels in the City Center, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I highly recommend it for individuals or couples visiting Florence.

Clean and friendly and safe

部屋は清潔でした。 ここはスタッフの方がとても優しいです。明るく接してくださいます。安心感がありました。 ドゥオーモがすぐそばにあり、レストランも周りにたくさんあります。ホテルの朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 懸念点はないに等しいですが、Googleマップで示されるの位置が少しずれているので、気をつけてください。

Senza infamia e senza lode... avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una rinfrescata e di una rimodernata ma è pulito e comodo. La chiave va lasciata sempre in reception e la stanza è a un piano diverso quindi anche quello è un po' scomodo

Stanza delle giuste dimensioni per passare 2-3 notti come nel nostro caso. Albergo situato a due passi dal duomo di Firenze e a tutto il centro storico. Personale molto gentile e ambiente familiare. Colazione completa con una particolare attenzione alle intolleranze.Devvero un ottima scelta

Das Personal war freundlich. Leider muss man immer den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben und Beim frühen Check Out gibt es kein warmes Wasser
