Lovely place to stay away from the crowds near the Grand Canal. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Wonderful breakfast!

Our room is not where the hotel is. It’s in a very safe neighborhood close to the main walk street to the rail station. Also shops, restaurants and traffic of people just right down the alley.

Hotel com boa localização, preço justo e o atendimento foi impecável. Os funcionários realmente se dedicaram a demonstrar como poderíamos usar o vaporetto e sanar quaisquer dúvidas, e também a dar dicas de restaurantes. São ótimos. O hotel não é luxuoso, longe disso, mas cumpre com primazia o serviço que propõe. Pelo custo benefício, dou nota máxima.

We stayed in the annex part of the hotel. It was located down the side alley. The room was small but sufficient. The breakfast was great, a good variety of options and they cooked our eggs and bacon when we came down for breakfast. They stored our luggage on our last day, so we could sitesee before our train left that evening. I would stay there again if we get to go back.

My wife and I loved this cute little hotel. The staff was very friendly, and it was super convenient to the train station. It was a bit of a walk to tourist heavy areas, but that meant it was quiet. Good breakfast and comfy beds.

El proceso de check-in y check-out muy obsoleto. Falta de capacitación para el personal sobre los problemas y que pueda atenderlos/solucionarlos mejor

Aunque mi estancia fue breve fue muy agradable. En cuanto llegamos nos recibió una señora muy amable que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, ella brinda un nivel de servicio que no encuentras en cualquier lugar. El hotel está muy accesible llegando en tren a la estación Santa Lucía. A lo mucho 10 minutos caminando. En Venecia no conviene mucho quedarse muy adentro, porque es complicado llegar con las maletas. Como último el desayuno fue inmejorable, muy abundante y sabroso, ademas allí tambien el servicio fue excepcional. Gracias a todos por su maravillosa atención.

The service was excellent and the location was great. Not too far from the train station. My only complaint is that the mattress on my bed was toooo hard and I did not sleep comfortably.

El servicio es maravilloso, te explican todo lo de la ciudad. La habitación es bastante bonita y cómoda aunque con algo de ruido por los pasillos pequeños pero aceptable. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de tren, vaporreto y traguetto. Ubicación muy tranquila y mística por sus callejones

Great staff.. big help in navigating Venice that doesn't have taxis other than the water buses.. comfortable room

I was a bit nervous because it was a one star property but the place was homey and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was traveling with an elderly parent so I was looking for a location that was close to the train and bus station and a place that was affordable. I think the front desk staff went above and beyond and I'm grateful for their advice and recommendations. The building is a bit outdated and it could use some fixing up as well as some new furniture but I have no regrets staying here.

We stayed in a apartment and very ckean and very large. Staff veey polite. Would stay again.
