Paid for our tourist tax upon arrival. $4 per person per day. 2 people - 3 days =$24. In cash. No receipt. Get a note on our bed in day 2 that we owe $60 for the tourist tax. We already paid. Loud at night with very inconsiderate other guests. Air conditioning wasn’t adequate!

Ligger super godt i byen, men man skal ikke forvente det store af hotellet. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, men der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent på værelset. Der manglede dynebetræk på dynen - vi skulle i øvrigt dele en lille dyne. Da vi skulle tjekke ud, var der ikke noget personale til at tage i mod nøglen til værelset. Men hotellet ligger super centralt i byen med massere af hyggelige caféer i nærheden og hovedbanegården er ikke langt derfra.

just like the price on the Expedia , nice towels, washroom was okay not big & small, bed okay not to soft & hard, good water pressure in the shower,

Nice and friendly staff, clean room. However, the facilities are quite old and outdated. Still a great place, worth considering if you plan to spend most of your days exploring the city.

Great location and that’s about it. Recommend for one night only. Bathrooms are dirty a/c works poorly. No one at that property after 3:30. You are on your own.

Pas de réception. Une Chambre avec climatisation en panne en pleine canicule. Alors oui c'est bien situé, mais à part ça mieux vaut ne pas en parler.

The proximity to downtown attractions and restaurants was good. Trevi fountain and Spanish steps within a 10-15 min walk

Petit hôtel calme. J’ai apprécié le large lit ainsi que le confort de la literie. La salle de bain par contre vieillotte. Pas de petit déjeuner ni distributeur de boissons mais dans la chambre il y a de quoi faire du café ou thé avec biscotte et confiture. Petit frigo à dispo aussi. Après il n’y a pas d’insonorisation par rapport au couloir comme tous les hôtels ça dépend des gens qui respectent ou pas les voisins

No reception service,you arrive and there is an envelope with your name on it and the keys to your room. Nobody around to ask for anything

While thos place looked sketchy from the start. The room was clean but dated, the staff was friendly and we would stay there again.

Na recepção fui recebido com um cão latindo na minha direção e tudo muito esquisito. Cobraram uma taxa extra porque o checkout ocorreria as 7 h da manhã, porque não teria ninguém la, eramos 3 pessoas então foram 30 euros.. Não recomendo.

Property was ok but hard to find it because the announcement to see it is small .. You need something biguer and brighter...

Buena ubicación y el personal fue muy amable. Nos ayudó a ubicarnos dentro de la ciudad y nos dio recomendaciones de transporte y actividades. El cuarto estaba muy limpio y cómodo.

Llegué y al llegar tuve que esperar más de media hora para registrarme , no había nadie en recepción y tuve que llamar y llamar para poder logre me atendieran , me dan mi habitación finalmente no funcionaba el aire acondicionado luego en la mañana me cambian de habitación y la misma también fallaba el aire

Pour le prix , cetait vriament un service exceptionnel digne dun hotel 4 etoiles, je ne comprends pas les avis qui sont mauvais alors que pour le prix le service est clairement au dessus des attentes !!! En plus vous etes a 10 minutes a pied de la gare TERMINI 15 minutes de la fontaine de trevi ... Cest idéalement placé, accueille incroyables, le ménage est fait tous les jours Vraiment calme Ok la chambre nest pas très grande mais ca suffit et surtout pour le prix cest incroyable
