Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location.

Alles war super, gerne wieder

Lovely hotel with amazing buffet breakfast. Parking available with assigned spot in garage for 10€/day. (Street parking available for free… if you can find it.) On site restaurant Cayote is ok, winding there for dinner one night after original plans fell through. It’s well reviewed and prices reasonable, but food a bit bland. Despite being Saturday night, few tables in use.

We had a nice, cozy and quiet room overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. The hotel has spacious common area, something one would not assume by just looking at the front.

Uitstekend hotel met mooie kamers. Parkeren was de eerste dag moeilijk en van te voren reserveren is aan te bevelen. Ontbijd was uitstekend. Dineren in de omgeving, als Nederlanders eten we graag wat vroeger dan de Spanjaarden. Dat kon in de omgeving.

Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again!

The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The waiting staff in the bar where not very good either - they did not seem to understand what was being asked of them.

Tout très beau…. Mais absolument pas pensé fonctionnellement par les concepteurs… un exemple : baignoire quasiment au milieu de la chambre, sans protection… prendre une douche… Une performance !

Personnel très aimable et toujours au service du client

L'hôtel est conforme à sa catégorie concernant les équipements et le confort. La localisation est idéale. La chambre avec vue sur le parc était spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Les équipements sur le toit terrasse sont tres bien. Le seul bémol est l'organisation du petit déjeuner avec des temps d'attente pouvant aller jusqu'à 20mn. Pas acceptable pour un 4 étoiles.
