Bar service was not good

Room was immaculate. Staff were very friendly

Uitstekend hotel met mooie kamers. Parkeren was de eerste dag moeilijk en van te voren reserveren is aan te bevelen. Ontbijd was uitstekend. Dineren in de omgeving, als Nederlanders eten we graag wat vroeger dan de Spanjaarden. Dat kon in de omgeving.

Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again!

The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The waiting staff in the bar where not very good either - they did not seem to understand what was being asked of them.

Tout très beau…. Mais absolument pas pensé fonctionnellement par les concepteurs… un exemple : baignoire quasiment au milieu de la chambre, sans protection… prendre une douche… Une performance !

Personnel très aimable et toujours au service du client

L'hôtel est conforme à sa catégorie concernant les équipements et le confort. La localisation est idéale. La chambre avec vue sur le parc était spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Les équipements sur le toit terrasse sont tres bien. Le seul bémol est l'organisation du petit déjeuner avec des temps d'attente pouvant aller jusqu'à 20mn. Pas acceptable pour un 4 étoiles.

Personal de recepción muy amable. Desayuno estupendo. Muy buen restaurante para cenar.

Good cleaning and service. I happened to stay during my birthday and the reception staff made an effort to make the day special. Very much appreciated.

Die Zimmern waren sauber, bequeme Betten, aber wir hatten fast kein natürliches Licht. Sicht zum grauen Innenhof

Das Zimmer mit "Balkon" war sehr dunkel und auf dem Balkon hatte kein Stuhl Platz. Das ist für mich kein Balkon. Das Personal war leider sehr unfreundlich, besonders beim Frühstück. Danke, leider nie wieder!

Huone sisäpihan puolelle kolmannessa kerroksessa on remontin tarpeessa. Käytävän yleisilmekin kulunut. Alakerrassa oli juhlat ja musiikki kuului melko kovaa huoneeseen. Huone oli tunkkainen ja kylpyhuoneessa

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. We walked to the green space in the morning that it’s right next to super beautiful and more delicious lunch there Italian place near there was wonderful.
