Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, avec un large choix de produits sucrés et salés. Une mention particulière à la personne en charge du service, qui est très serviable et toujours à l'écoute des clients.

Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Triumphbogen entfernt. Wir hatten die Zimmerkategorie „Palm“ mit Frühstück gebucht. Es ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer ist einfach aber dennoch modern. Die Reinigung des Badezimmers muss verbessert werden. Es waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen auf dem hellen Fliesenboden. Das Personal war sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksbereich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll vorbereitet worden.

Un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor… el personal super atento y el desayuno muy bueno! La ubicación es excelente pues la zona es muy bonita, llena de tiendas y de vida… me encantó!

A experiencia foi excelente! Os funionários foram todos muito gentis e solícitos e o café da manhã era maravilhoso.

Very good location and the property is well maintained

The property was great and i absolutely loved it, however it is super small, and there were some minor inconveniences with not having the consistent availability of staff etc. But I will say, it is like super cute and boutique style just a very small space.

Die Lage war super. Minimal ab vom Zentrum. Ein bisschen muss man schon gehen. Drumherum gibt es viele Supermärkte und Möglichkeiten zum shoppen. Wir wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch beim Frühstück war der Service sehr nett. Die Vielfalt hat uns beim Frühstück allerdings etwas gefehlt. Je Aufschnitt und Aufstrich nur eine Sorte. Beim Joghurt gab es zusätzlich eine vegane Alternative. Obstsalat, Eier, Brötchen.. alles da war man braucht für ein kurzes Frühstück. Wir fanden es ein super Preis-Leistung Angebot. Kann man machen. Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber

Really cute boutique hotel in a nice area near arc de triumph. Close distance to metro line for exploring the city. Stayed with friends, 3 of us in one room and although small we were all very comfortable and couldn’t fault it. We would all stay again and recommend to others. Thank you to hotel for a great stay !

Hotellet mindede mest a alt om et gammelt lejlighedskompleks... Aircondition virkede ikke og vi fik at vide at vi bare kunne åbne vinduet... Hvortil jeg spurgte hvordan det foregår når håndtaget på vinduet manglede?? Vi fik et nyt værelse hvor aircondition stadig ikke virkede hvorefter jeg udtrykte utilfredshed endnu en gang da jeg kunne se at der skulle være aircondition på værelserne ( der var 28 grader på værelset) vi fik så et værelse som ikke lå i solsiden men stadig uden aircondition men med et vindue der dog kunne åbnes ud til en trafikeret vej. Jeg er ikke imponeret.

O hotel é bom, localização excelente, atendimento muito bom, porém só tenho uma questão, fiquei em quarto com duas camas de solteiro e a pia era minúscula e a vista na era para a rua. Por isso não é cinco estrelas, fiquei no apartamento 35

Wet pleasant staff, clean rooms, very good location

The room was nice, if a bit cosy with three of us in it. Breakfast was really good with a great variety of food, fresh and delicious. However service wasn't great. When we couldn't work out the heating / air con system, we used the QR code provided to contact a WhatsApp number but no one ever responded. We also got scolded by the shower as it wasn't clear how to regulate the temperature at first. Best things about the hotel are the location and breakfast, which was, however expensive. I thought I booked it as included but it turns out it wasn't.

Nice neighborhood and walkable distance to touristic areas.
